Evaluation And Policy Research Of China's Coal Utilization Efficiency

As one of China's main energy resources, coal plays a decisive role in China's economydevelopment. It is of great importance to analyze and evaluate coal consumption in China forunderstanding and changing the current situation of China's energy resources efficiency. Thispaper analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors,including economic growth,energy consumption structure,industrial structure,and the price of coal? technology innovation?and environmental conditions? based on the situation of China coal market. On the basis ofanalysis to current situation of coal utilization and its influencing factors,this paper analyze andevaluate coal utilization efficiency of China's industries and regions by using DEA method, andfurtherly,establishes a system dynamic model of coal utilization intensity to forecasing the futurecoal utilization intensity for some time.In accordance with the resul of the above empiricalanalysis,this paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions to increase the efficiency of China'scoal utilization.
