Study On The Governance Model And The Suitability Evaluation Of Mining Abandoned Lands In He Bei Province

Hebei Province had a long history of mineral resources development, and formed the bulk of mining abandoned lands. The paper classified this type of mining abandoned lands from eight angles, different emphases. And analyse the characteristics of mining abandoned lands. This paper analyzes the cause of land resource mining damage effect, and grey relational model of land resource destruction effect each composition factor, the relationship between the influence each other are expounded. This article puts forward GRL of mining abandoned lands based on the collection of large quantities of data and the combined results of previous studies. GRL includes geological disasters treatment, reclamation treatment and landscape regeneration-integration. In this paper, an example of Tangshan sanyou limestone open pit demonstrate "GRL-open pit mine". An example of Zhangjiakou xiahuayuan xinglongshan coal mine demonstrate "GRL-underground mine". SWOT analysis study the applicable status and prospects of GRL. Finally, This paper apply AHP to evaluate the suitability of land use patterns of mining abandoned lands. This provides the necessary complement to space model optimization of reclamation treatment.
