| Based on the working characteristics of the lubricant in the underground coal mine overloaded scraper conveyor, this paper develops the N320 lubricant contamination sensor for the gear reducer of the coal mine scraper conveyor. The experiment method is used to determine the oil contamination level corresponding to the oil-changing index for the solid impurities in the L-CKC industrial closed gear oil standard, also using the experiment method, the relationship between the output of the sensor and the oil contamination is calibrated. The relationship between the output of the sensor and the temperature and contamination of the oil is also analyzed using the Origin software and the corresponding formula is also obtained. The paper also uses the fluid analysis software CFX to simulate the particles distribution in the gearbox and provide the reference for the sensor installation position in the gearbox. At last, the oil contamination monitor is developed. |
