Multiple attribute group decision-making problems often occur in daily work and life, during the practical decision-making process, the evaluation modes of decision makers can be divided into two categories,i.e.,the pairwise comparison evaluation and non-pairwise comparison evaluation.During recent 40 years, the feasibility and effectiveness of the preference information given by decision makers’ pairwise comparison evaluation can be proven by the continuous development of the research on fuzzy preference relation and multiplicative preference relation.Furthermore, with the increasingly complexity of the decision-making issues, the requirements for the expression of the fuzzy information have also increased.Consquently, combined with the intuitionistic fuzzy set and hesitant fuzzy set theories, the intuitionistic fuzzy preference relation, intuitionistic multiplicative preference relation, hesitant fuzzy preference relation, and hesitant multiplicative preference relation were proposed by many scholars to express the uncertain evaluation. However, the related research of the aforementioned generalized multiplicative preference relations needs to be investigated further, such as the information fusion tools with the inputs of different priorties, priority weights determination methods based on the mixed preference information, consistency improving processes, and consensus reaching processes. To deal with the different decision-making situtations,on the basis of the decision-making theories of fuzzy preference relation and multiplicative preference relation, this paper investigates the aforementioned research of the intuitionistic multiplicative preference relation and hesitant multiplicative preference relation to enrich the theoretical research system;subsequently, several novel multiple attribute group decision-making appraoches are constructed. The specific research contents are presented as follows:1.With respect to the group decision-making issues under intuitionistic multiplicative preference environment in which the decision makers are in different priority levels,a series of intuitionistic multiplicative prioritized aggregation operators are developed.First, combined with the distance function of intuitionistic multiplicative preference information and the prioritized aggregation operator, several prioritized information fusion tools,i.e.,the intuitionistic multiplicative prioritized weighted averaging and intuitionistic multiplicative prioritized weighted geometric operators are put forward, and some desirable properties of them are discussed in detail, including the idempotency, boundedness, and commutativity.Second, the generalized forms of the aforementioned aggregation operators are investigated and their reduced operators are also presented concerning the parameter. Finally, the multiple attribute group decision-making process based on the proposed aggregation operators is constructed, and the effectiveness of the proposed approach is illustrated by a numerical example.2.To address the situation that alternatives are evaluated by both intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations and intuitionistic multiplicative preference relations,a new priority determination approach based on the net flow score function is proposed.First, the two preference relations above are transformed into the corresponding interval-valued fuzzy preference relations and interval-valued multiplicative preference relations, respectively.Second, the net flow score functions of individual intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations and intuitionistic multiplicative preference relations are obtained. Finally,to differentiate the alternatives as much as possible,a mean deviation maximization model is constructed to compute the weights of decision makers objectively;then the collective net flow score of each alternative is calculated to determine the ranking result.Furthermore, the proposed method is certified to be simple and valid with three numerical examples.3.The consistency and consensus levels of preference relations are two important factors that affect the rationality and accuracy of group decision-making results.Considering the different involvements of decision makers during the evaluation process, two methods for improving the consistency and consensus levels of intuitionistic multiplication preference relations are proposed. When the decision makers only complete the original evaluation, the consistency and group consensus measures of intuitionistic multiplicative preference relations are defined to develop the iterative improving algorithms of consistency and consensus levels, respectively. Then, the convergence of the algorithms is proved, and the acceptable consistency and consensus level can be reached. When decision makers participate in the re-evaluation,the consistency, consensus, and proximity measures are constructed on different levels, respectively;then,by a comparison between the aforementioned measures and the corresponding thresholds, the identification and direction rules of inconsistent and non-consensus preference information are provided to achieve the acceptable consistency and consensus conditions after the decision makers’ re-evaluation.Finally,to ensure the consistency of collective preference information, the induced intuitionistic multiplicative aggregation operator is put forward to obtain the collective information;subsequently, the multiple attribute group decision-making processes under intuitionistic multiplicative preference environment based on the proposed algorithms are constructed.4.To investigate the consistency improving and consensus reaching processes of hesitant multiplicative preference relations,a mathematical programming model is proposed to improve the consistency and consensus levels, simultaneously.First,a consistency index according to the multiplicative consistency is put forward to compute the consistency degrees of hesitant multiplicative preference relations.Second, the consensus meaure between hesitant multiplicative preference relations given by decision makers is defined based on an improved distance measure.Third,a consistency-and consensus-based programming model is established to obtain the acceptably consistent and consensus hesitant multiplicative preference relations,in which the original evaluation information can remain as much as possible. Finally, the normalized hesitant multiplicative weighted geometric operator is introduced to fuse the revised hesitant multiplicative preference relations and an algorithm for group decision-making is proposed with novel consistency improving and consensus reaching processes.
