Shearer is an important mechanical equipment of fully mechanized working face,whose working load is complex,and the loading of with dirt band is more severe,so the reliability is very important.Researchs were carried out based on"national natural science fund project"MG400/951-WD"new type shearer reliability research" and "shearer drum aided design and load calculation software development",researchs are as follows:According to the coal samples obtained in the coal mine,an experimental testing system for physical and mechanical properties was established to experiment the properties.Based on PRO/E?ANSYS?ADAMS,the model of rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototyping of shearer is established,influences of drum's design parameters,kinematics parameters and coal's'physical and mechanical parameters on cutting performance and coal loading performance were acquire through reliability sensitivity theory;Drum's three to the force and torque load was obtained by"program of shearer load simulation" to simulation.The weak links and dynamic indexes of key parts were obtained by rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype simulation.Stress reliability,frequency reliability,amplitude reliability and reliability sensitivity of design variables were analyzed by the combine of stress-strength interference theory,resonance failure theory and reliability sensitivity theory.Correlation of key parts were built by Copula to obtain their reliability.According to the established system state function,the reliability sensitivity of system design variables were analyzed.Structural evolutionary algorithm was built by GA,whose purpose was to optimize system reliability.After optimization,the dynamic indexes of the key parts of the system are improved,the reliability of the system is improved,the reliability sensitivity value of the design variable is reduced,and the system performance is more stable and reliable.Combineing with field investigation,rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype technology,reliability design theory,reliability sensitivity theory and intelligent algorithm theory,the reliability of shearer system in dirt band is studied,which provides a new method and theoretical basis for the reliability research of mechanical equipment and has important engineering application value.This paper has 118 figures,31 tables,142 references.
