Failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)is a commonly used reliability analysis technique.It considers the possible failure of products or services,and determines its frequency and impact process.It can be used for pre-failure prevention and can be used to improve afterwards.However,this tool also shows some problems and shortcomings in practical application.On the other hand,with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous awakening of human self-awareness,consumer demand for products and services tends to be diversified and individualized.The application environment of FMEA has become more complex and changeable.Especially with the development of reliability theory,people pay more attention to the credibility of products and processes.How to carry out FMEA improvement research from the perspective of credibility is worthy of in-depth study and discussion;At the same time,the development of fuzzy set theory is to build more complex and accurate FMEA multifunctional influence network model provides new opportunities and challenges.In view of this,based on the in-depth systematic study of FMEA links,based on prospect theory and credibility theory,this paper puts forward the credibility FMEA evaluation improvement method of Tomada de decisaointerativa e multicritévio,which considers the needs of stakeholders,in order to be suitable for different complex uncertain decision-making situations.To ensure product or process reliability,the paper focuses on the efficacy and results of the following:(1)Propose a new hesitant fuzzy distance measurement method suitable for FMEA scenarios.On the basis of systematically studying the characteristics of hesitant fuzzy and the related theories and methods of distance measurement,it is determined that hesitant fuzzy sets are used as the decision information carrier for FMEA evaluation.At the same time,the Jaccard and Dice hesitation fuzzy set distance measurement methods are constructed by introducing set theory.And the method is theoretically analyzed and verified by calculation examples.(2)Develop an improved FMEA evaluation factor system from the perspective of credibility.The safety barrier theory and credibility theory in risk management are integrated into the FMEA evaluation factors,and on the basis of the original three-factor model,the correlation between the high-frequency FMEA evaluation factors in the literature is analyzed and discussed,and the Delphi method is used to redesign FMEA-related evaluation factor system including 5 main dimensions of failure effect,failure frequency,detectability,failure maintainability,and failure protection.In addition,a 5-10-level evaluation method was used to determine the redesigned FMEA-related evaluation factor level.(3)Propose a fuzzy variable order weighting algorithm for failure factor hesitation.In order to satisfy the balance of the value of each factor and improve the accuracy of the evaluation,the fixed weight is modified into a variable weight in combination with the variable weight empirical formula,and the arithmetic average method is applied to expand it to the hesitating fuzzy scenario.In addition,a new failure factor fuzzy assignment and corresponding weight solution method are proposed.(4)Combined with TODIM model and behavioral theory,this paper constructs an improved method of hesitating fuzzy FMEA evaluation system.In the calculation process,taking into account the compatibility and commensurability of the criteria,this paper explores the most frequent linear scale standardization method in a hesitant and fuzzy environment,and apply it to improved TODIM.Finally,the failure modes are sorted according to the overall dominance of failure modes.(5)Apply the improved FMEA evaluation model to the actual improvement of the reliability of the special pump of XX Technology Stock Company Ltd identify the failure mode of the product and determine the effect of the failure mode on the function,and at the same time,the method sensitivity,discrimination and validity is analyzed and verified.Theoretical analysis and actual calculation examples show that the TODIM based multi-functional impact credibility FMEA improvement method proposed in the paper under the hesitant fuzzy environment overcomes to a certain extent that the traditional FMEA model can only be used for one-time product evaluation and fails to consider expert evaluation standards.The lack of uniformity and failure to consider the protection of failure modes leads to the problem of poor discrimination of failure modes.At the same time,compared with similar FMEA improvement methods,the results of the failure modes calculated by the method proposed in this article have a higher degree of discrimination,the results of the optimal and the worst solutions are significantly different,and the FMEA evaluation factor structure is more reasonable and the decision maker’s behavioral considerations also make the evaluation results more in line with the reality.The method has also been verified to a certain extent in practical applications.
