| The image detection technology with the Strongly Reflecting Film has a wide range of applications in military reconnaissance operations,social security,anti-smuggling and anti-narcotics,vehicle monitoring and other fields,but the research on this technology is less at home and abroad.In order to make the observer can get the target clearly,we through a lot of experiments and scheme comparison,aiming at study and crack technical difficulties,put forward a new kind of polarized laser active imaging system through the glass and film,we design a optical-filter before the Global-CMOS sensor in camera,designed a single high-power laser chip can send three different polarization angle,and then according to the different angle of linear polarization laser to the target,we designed the software based on separation and reflection to relize the imaging of penetrating the galss and film,the experimental results show that the proposed method can greatly improve the glass and film penetration effect.Paper mainly introduced the optical polarization properties of glass and film,and active polarization laser imaging system model,the design of the Global CMOS,the design of the VCSELs,and the software based on separation and reflection.The main contents and research results of the paper include:1.Analyzing the character of the glass-film and the model of active polarization laser imaging system.Based on the polarization image of polarization laser formation of three different angles,a special method for the reconstruction and enhancement of the image information is designed.2,Improve the quantum response efficiency of the image sensor to the signal light by optimizing the pixel process of the global exposure image sensor and the structure of the micro-optical lens,so as to achieve the purpose of effectively filtering the ambient stray light.At the same time,the external trigger image exposure mode is designed to work with the pulsed laser to reduce the accumulation time of ambient light in the image and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the imaging through the film again.3,In view of the detecting system’s characteristics,peak power and wavelength.This part is introduced according to the requirements of this project to the laser,compared advantage between the VCSELs to the EEL,puts forward a kind of special structure of high-power VCSELs and tested the parameters,based on this project for the laser chip is designed by optical lens parts and drive circuit.4.By in the night environment through film test and contrast test of different imaging methods through the film,the result shows that the application of this thesis design more active polarization Angle image obtained by laser imaging system through the film after separating reflection reconstruction and enhancement algorithm,not only improve the definition of the target image,also can get more feature information inside the carriage.It is verified that this scheme can effectively enhance the clarity of the target image behind the film and improve the recognition rate of the image through the film. |
