Typhoons disaster are extremely destructive to human production and life, and their hazards cannot be neglected, calling for emergency measures that can effectively reduce their impacts.Although the catastrophically destructive nature of the Typhoon disaster is the direct cause of these losses, they are usually aggravated indirectly by information alienation problems occurring during the Typhoon disaster, such as information fault, fragmentation, and misinterpretation.Unlike other types of information spreading scenes only shared by bystanders, those who share information about typhoon disasters are witnesses and even victims.Users exchange disaster information and anxiety and panic emotion that brings in via microblog. On the breakout of typhoon disasters, due to the lack or insufficiency of information, people tend to be extremely panicked and are in desperate need for any possible news. However,in the middle and late stages of the disasters, faced with information overload and the variety of information sources people need information that they can relate to the most and understand the best. This paper aims to find ways to change the information asymmetry in the process of typhoon disasters and ensure that the information is more valuable, spreads faster, wider and in a more targeted manner,so that the most valuable information can be delivered most efficiently to people who need it the most.To facilitate information dissemination and influence maximization, this paper conducts an empirical analysis and quantitative study on,respectively, the information dissemination model and impact maximization on microblog in typhoon disasters. It is believed that the information on microblog in typhoon disasters has several inherent characteristics.Firstly, the time factor plays an important role in information dissemination due to the sudden arrival and fast mobility of typhoon.Secondly, victims exposed by typhoon disasters are emotionally susceptible to the information, which,if appropriate, can have a relieving effect. Finally, interpretations of the information may vary with different levels of cultural literacy and knowledge background of microblog users, making it necessary to take into account discrepancies in user literacy during information dissemination. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research on the characteristics of information dissemination in typhoon disasters. The micro blogs posted during typhoon disasters were first obtained through the empirical statistical analysis and then used to conclude that, during these periods, information, information diffusion and micro-blog users have characteristics that are not found in other information diffusion modes.Information has characteristics, such as regionality, timeliness, rapid mobility and variability, while information proliferators are characterized by willingness, sensitivity, situational and grouping.A statistical analysis of microblog information diffusion in typhoon disasters was also conducted through crawling relevant data and questionnaire survey, which includes the analyses of microblog users' identity and education level, characteristics of microblog information quality and effects of difference in individual cultural accomplishments on information demanding the disasters.2.Research on the information diffusion model and influence maximization method based on time-constrained.In the diffusion process of typhoon disaster information, the time factor is of especially crucial significance.First of all, typhoon disasters usually last for a certain period.Second, timeliness is also important to the information of events in typhoon disasters. Finally, the dissemination of information is sometimes delayed. The introduction of a time-constrained diffusion model in physics was proposed based on the timeliness of microblog information in typhoon disasters,to construct the information diffusion model and improve the information influence maximization algorithm. Finally,an experiment was carried out to verify the effects.3.Research on the information diffusion model and influence maximization method based on the emotion-constrained.When the typhoon comes, the social network is swarmed with information about it,including the sentimental tendency of netizens in disasters;these expressed sentiments in turn have a profound impact on the psychology of the victims. Therefore, sentiment plays a key role in the information dissemination process during typhoon disasters. To solve the sentimental infection problem of information diffusion in typhoon disasters, this paper built an information diffusion model based on emotion-constrained in typhoon disasters by the diffusion model of infectious diseases and proposed a new weighted influence maximization algorithm.4.Research on the information diffusion model and influence maximization method based on knowledge cultivation-constrained.When a typhoon comes, every victim is in urgent need of the channels to obtain and share information. However, netizens' knowledge cultivation vary with their background experience.Traditional models and algorithms often seek differences in individuals'needs and interests based on their background differences, while ignoring whether users can accept and understand their information. In order to overcome the differences in knowledge cultivation in information dissemination during typhoon disasters, this paper built a model of information dissemination in typhoon disasters based on the threshold diffusion model and proposed a new two-stage influence maximization algorithm.5.Empirical simulation research. This paper conducted a comparative experiment by sampling the process of Leizhou Peninsula being stricken by the typhoon Rainbow in October 2015 as a data source. The relevant data were crawled using python, from which the actual dissemination results and methods of typhoon information on microblog were extracted and then compared with the three above-mentioned algorithms(information diffusion algorithm based on time-constrained,information diffusion algorithm based on emotion-constrained and information diffusion algorithm based on knowledge cultivation-constrained).This paper started with the characteristics of information, disseminator and dissemination mode on microblog during typhoon disasters, and then studied the information dissemination model and influence maximization algorithm from the perspectives of time-constrained,emotion-constrained and knowledge cultivation-constrained.
