Abstract/Summary:
Demonstration is an integral part of the teaching process in general and in teaching physical education especially. This skill is one of the skills of teaching which is acquired in the training process.; For the purpose of the teacher obtaining feedback, this instrument offers observation which permits various aspects of description and analysis in the course of demonstration.; The instrument contains seven dimensions: (1) Source. Who demonstrates? (2) Direction. Toward whom the demonstration is aimed? (3) Purpose. Purpose of demonstration. (4) Degree. How much of the skill is demonstrated? (5) Critical points. Were they emphasized or not? (6) Duration. How long does the demonstration take? (7) Position. Was it appropriate or not?; Each one of the dimensions contains categories that describe the various possibilities.; The findings show that the instrument is an efficient tool to be used in the process of teacher training.
