POLYSOME METABOLISM IN WINTER RYE (SECALE CEREALE CV PUMA)

The effect of growth at low temperature on polysome metabolism in winter rye (Secale cereale cv Puma) has been investigated. A method for isolation of highly polymerized polysomes from mature leaf tissues has been developed.
