Teachers and principals' interview were analyzed in order to further explain the results from the survey.;The study found principal's transformational leadership behaviors have a statistically significant effect on teacher efficacy. Results from the multiple regression analysis indicated that "Developing a widely shared vision for the school" of principal is the most important variable to predict teacher efficacy.
