Abstract/Summary:
Influences affecting faculty members when assigning grades has become an issue in Higher Education. This quantitative research was designed to be a non-experimental correlation to discover what influences might affect faculty members when assigning grades. The population consisted of faculty members at four private liberal art colleges. The researcher did discover significant differences in their findings. Conclusions show certain areas where influences affect faculty members when assigning grades at the university level.
