Abstract/Summary:
The lack of a soil test that can predict mineralizable N availability to flooded rice (Oryza sativa L.) throughout the growing season has lead researchers to monitor the plant N status with plant measurements that estimate plant N uptake. Studies comparing these indicators of plant N status for rice have not been reported yet.
