This study is a review of the program in Bladen County Schools used to support beginning teachers. This mixed-method study used quantitative and qualitative data to analyze the perceptions of beginning teachers, mentors, and principals in the district. The researcher completed a review of the relevant literature and conducted a study using data from the participants in the program. The data from the participants were analyzed and compared to a theoretical positive rating based upon the literature review. The study concluded with recommendations and conclusions based upon the review of the literature and data analysis involved in the study. |
