Equivariant cohomology theories in algebraic geometry are investigated. Equivariant semi-topological K-theory and some equivariant cycle theories are constructed and compared with other existing equivariant cohomology theories. Then equivariant cohomology theories are investigated from the point of view of motivic homotopy theory which has been recently invented by V. Voevodsky.
