The purpose of this study was to describe the extent to which the principle- centered leadership model associated with Covey (1989, 1991, 2004, 2008) influenced the personal and professional lives of four Indonesian senior bankers. (c) How has the concept of principle-centered leadership affected the lives of the participants?
