Research On The Income Of Farmer From The Perspective Of Professional Differentiation

The problem of agriculture,countryside and farmer is concerns on global society's thing,and its core is the problem of farmer,and the core of farmer problem is income,so the problem of farmer' income is an important index to reflect the "three rural" status.The living standards of the farmer is improving since implementation of nurturing policy in 21 century,the per capita disposable income of rural household exceeded 10000 yuan for the first time in 2014,and reaching 11422 yuan in 2015.The traditional farmer differences smaller in the nature of work and income condition,at present,they have a division of labor phenomenon,for example:employment level,employment structure,and the division of social class,and the phenomenon will exist in a fairly long period,mainly embody for farmer in the field of employment from the primary industry to the two or three industry transfer,and the farmer is changing of the main income source with the deepening of differentiation,and will promote status of the individual and family.So,research perspective of this paper is bases on the professional differentiation,study object is the income of farmer in Jilin Province of one of the main grain producing areas.Family income mainly includes business income,wage income,transfer income and property income,with 50% as the boundary,professional farmer who main income of family from business income,and part-time farmer who main income of family from wage income,but the farmer who has no business income of family income will not be the object of this study.So as to classify analysis the income of farmer group,and to reflect new change and new problem of farmer income,it's can raise the purposiveness of analysis on farmer' income problem,to find the path that laxation the "three rural" problem and improve farmer income,and to provide theoretical support for adjustment policy of farmer income,will also contribute to construct of new countryside,and to promote the development of modern agriculture.This paper is divided into nine chapters,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:The first chapter and the second chapter include the introduction,theoretical basis and document reviews.mainly describe research background,research significance,research objectives,research contents,research methods,techniques route and academic contribute.The research scope of this paper,and the related concept definition,and explains related theories of China and abroad,to describe the related concepts and basic theory.The two chapters lay the foundation for the following study.The third chapter with this paper analyzes the changes of farmer income in China from the basic situation and the structure situation since reform and opening up,and analyzes the characteristics of the change of farmer income.The chapter realizes the general analysis of farmer income,shows the influence of occupational differentiation on farmer income.The fourth chapter aims at the relationship between professional differentiation and farmer income.The chapter analyzes the professional differentiation of farmer from the connotation,the changing law and differentiation status,and analyzes the inner relation between professional differentiation and farmer income by the grey relation as the main method.The result show many professional differentiation factors are prominent in the realization of farmer' income growth,include migrant worker' employment of non-agricultural and the decline of the proportion of agricultural population,which shows that there is a good correlation between professional differentiation and farmer income growth,the analysis of farmer income should be based on professional differentiation.The fifth chapter is main analysis to increase the income of professional farmer.The professional farmer is the farmer whose business income is the main income,and will be the actual management group of future agriculture and bear group of beautiful rural.Next analyzes income status of professional farmer in Jilin Province through the survey data,and the middle region of Jilin Province has more growth ability of income.Then analyzes its income growth potential that found the advantage of regional growth of professional farmer income in Jilin Province,and it is also high of the industrialization index.Finally analyzes the factor that affect the income growth of farmer from theoretical view,and it is the foundation for the empirical analysis of the seventh chapter.The sixth chapter focuses on analysis of the income growth of part-time farmer.The part-time farmer' wage income is the main income,will be required to store force of non-agricultural labor on urban and based on the development of citizenship,wage income has an important influence on its development.Next analyzes on the income status of part-time farmer through investigation data of Jilin Province,the total income and property income are higher than those of professional farmer.Then analyzes of growth potential,it is shows that the concurrent index of Jilin Province is high,but it tends to decrease,and it is weak of the regional superiority index.Finally,to analyze the influence factor of income growth of part-time farmer from theoretically view.The seventh chapter analyzes influencing factor of farmer income growth from an empirical perspective through survey data of Jilin Province.This chapter draws on the relevant analysis methods,and selects the earned income function of Mincer as the analysis model,and to select respectively the influence factors of income increase of professional farmer and part-time farmer according to the model connotation,then to establish the independent variable group,and to analyze with Eviews8.0 software,and to make a brief comparative analysis of income growth of two groups.The results shows:influence factors of income are various which regardless of professional farmer and part-time farmer,and the influence factors are including common factors and difference factors.The main factors on affecting income growth of professional farmer:health,culture,gender,age,land transfer,operating costs,crop varieties,irrigation facilities,food prices are expected,investment intention for protecting production and cognition of scale management;main factors on affecting income growth of part-time farmer including age,health,culture,service site,information channels,overtime,job training,the planning of settled city,and technical qualification.The result shows that the same conclusion on two kinds of farmer' income growth factor:health,psychological expectation variables,macro policy factors and basic income composition;Different conclusions:age,significant level of culture,marriage,the influence factors on main income source,contribution ability on property income and subsidies income.The analysis conclusion also shows difference factors with expected,mainly in the purchase of agricultural insurance,problem of corn planting,operating costs on income security and overtime is generally accepted,choice job of outside province.The eighth chapter is analyses mainly the support policy of farmer income since reform and opening up and policy recommendation.This part from four stages which net outflow of agricultural income,low speed and hovering growth of farmer income,multiple growth stage and income differentiation,and focus on support income policy on professional farmer and part-time farmer.Reveals the policy keynote,income effect,influence on different types of farmer,as well as every stage of policy problems.Analysis finally of the policy adjustment and policy recommendation,the height of adjustment and optimization that farmer income is political problem and not only economic problems,and the distinction between professional farmer and part-time farmer.The ninth chapter summarizes the full text,and draw conclusions.Shows research conclusions of this thesis,and explaining for further study of the content.
