Research On The Efficiency,Agglomeration,and The Following Effect For Manufacturing Industry Of The Service Industry

After the rapid growth,China’s GDP growth rate started to drop down and become flat.In the meantime,China’s service industry grows rapidly in the areas of employment and industry growth rate.According to last 10 years data,the development of service industry has risen year by year.The industry added value was 41.3%in 2005 and reached 47.8%by 2014,which was nearly to the added value of China second industry.In 2016,service industry’s GVA was 38.4221 trillion yuan,an increase of 7.8%over the previous year,which continuously leads in the top three industries.It increased 1.7%faster than the second industry;its proportion in GDP raised to 51.6%,continuous increased 1.4%over the previous year,which was 11.8%higher than the second industry.Service industry contributed 58.2%to the national economy;it increased 5.3%over previous year and was 20.8%higher than the second industry.Beside the contribution to employment and GDP,recent years service industry’s development has its new characteristic,such as:1)Service industry engages closely with manufacturing industry;2)Outsourcing sector develops rapidly and the export of high-end service increases considerably;3)Multi-industry developing hand in hand,hence it enriches the service industry;4)Service industry promotes the economy growth and upgrades the industry structure,which elevates its status in the economy development.This paper selects three important problems related to service industry to carry on the theoretical and empirical research.The main theories involved including above:the efficiency and growth research of service industry,namely the relationship between service industry development and economic growth.The agglomeration theory of the service industry,including circular causality and the combination of urbanization,which is the only way for the development of service industry.The industry transfer theory in the service industry has not been studied in this paper,but the conditions of industrial transfer in the eastern coastal areas have been predicted and analyzed.The role mechanisms of services and manufacturing,including spillover effects,are specifically defined for the service sector’s following effect on manufacturing.The development of the service industry is not only reflected in the growth of its output and employment,but also the speed and the source of its growth.The third chapter showed the TFP of service industry from 09-14 years of nationwide,including the measurement and decomposition.It is not only the traditional decomposition of technical efficiency,but also a further decomposition of technical efficiency and scale efficiency,combination and the corresponding residual efficiency.Than there has Midwest regional difference analysis,to improve the study of total factor productivity growth source.Service industry needs city as the carrier of industry cluster,thus further,with city scale for measuring,there is an empirical research to promote service of two different power,and also,with the east Midwest regional difference analysis.Than chapter four defines the tendency of the service industry to concentrate close to the location of the manufacturing industry when it begins to transfer,as the following effect.Then introduced the idea and method of the Statistics,based on the sample of the Yangtze river delta,we proved the following effect that exist,which is measured by the loss ratio of the service industry when it transfers as well.After that,we built a threshold regression model to research the relevant factors of the service industry to see how they act on the manufacturing industry,the market requirement turns out to be the key factor.This study predicts the turning point of industrial structure upgrading of the 11 cities in the Yangtze river delta and provides some significant value for regional economic development.At the completion of the full text of the empirical research,to perfect the research conclusion of this paper,the fifth chapter summarizes the development course and features of the service industry in some developed areas which is worth reference for the conclusion.We find out that the government’s reasonable intervention and supervision are very important,especially for the macro strategy,so as the combination of service industry and manufacturing industry.In combination with the above research,this article evaluates the service industry development at this stage of evaluation,and put forward the condition that the manufacturing industry transfers.Than showed the path to follow for the service industry,which based on linkage development of the services and manufacturing sector gathered.But economic turning point as the reference time node should be noticed.Since that before reaching the inflection point of the inverted U curve,imposing the theory of industry transfer may be difficult to obtain.
