Underwater Acoustic Sensor Network is widely used in civil and military fields.To improve the capacity,we propose a structure for Underwater Cognitive Acoustic Sensor Networks(UCANs).The proposed structure which includes power allocation stratege,dynamic spectrum allocation stratege based on joint power allocation and channel allocation,and routing stratege based on the link state.Furthermore,the proposed UCANs can also improve the performance of the network with the respects of system capacity as well as friendly sharing the limited spectrum resource.The specific contents and innovations are listed as follows:1.To solve the problem of multi-user interference,power allocation stratege for UCANs is poposed.In power allocation stratege,senders can adjust power level to protect marine mammals and minimize outage probability based the feedback information from receiver side.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the outage probability.This mechanism provides cross-layer cognitive information for dynamic spectrum access mechanism,while provides link information for routing mechanism.2.To solve the problem of spectrum allocation between multi-users and capcacity constrained,dynamic spectrum allocation stratege based on joint power allocation and channel allocation is poposed.This algorithm is aim to obtain the maxization of system capacity.The simulation results show that the algorithm achieves better allocation of multi-user spectrum and improves the system capacity.3.To solve the problem of high probability of retransmission,Routing stratege based on link state is poposed.A cross-layer cognitive decision-making framework is established,and a redundant routing algorithm based on link state is proposed.Simulation results show that,this algorithm effectively solves the problem of high retransmission probability.Finally,to improve the simulator's performance,an improvement of Aqua-sim simulator is poposed in this thesis,which apply researches an accurate and affordable testing environment.
