Technical innovation is an important weight of competition among enterprises and plays an increasingly important role in supporting the development of enterprises.It is an important task for enterprises to understand the technology competition situation and patent layout in their field.On this basis,enterprises can determine their own technical innovation ideas,develop core technologies with independent intellectual property rights,and carry out effective patent layout.Patent is an important source for enterprises to obtain technical competitive intelligence.Through patent analysis and mining,the technical development trends and market competition situation in the field can be understood to support correct decision-making.Patent analysis includes quantitative analysis,qualitative analysis and tentative analysis.Patent map is a visual tool for patent analysis.Patent technology-efficiency map is a kind of patent map,which adopts the combination method of qualitative and quantitative analysis.It presents the content and layout of the patent by means of a matrix in which the horizontal axis represents the technology category,the vertical axis represents the efficiency category(the horizontal and vertical axes can be exchanged).The intersection represents the corresponding number of patents,which can be used for in-depth analysis of the patent at the technical level.At present,the construction of technology-efficiency map is still based on human work,including the index of technical and efficiency words,classification of technical and efficiency,drawing,etc.The work is of high human cost and long production cycle.There have been explorations of automatic or semi-automatic construction,which are mostly local processes optimization,coarse-grained analysis,few systematic studies.There are few satisfactory research results and products.Therefore,it is necessary to study the whole process of automatic construction of technology-efficiency map to improve the construction speed and reduce labor costs.Base on investigating the domestic and foreign research progress and relevant knowledge of technology-efficiency map construction,knowledge extraction and knowledge map construction.The research content and idea of this paper is to analyze the deficiencies of existing technology-efficiency map construction methods and propose the demand of automatic construction.Based on the analysis of the elements of the technology-efficiency map and the distribution features and syntactic features of the required knowledge points in the patent literature,the extraction strategy of the knowledge of the technical subject,application field and efficacy are proposed.The semantic model of patent knowledge map is designed for the automatic construction of technology-efficiency map.The patent knowledge map is constructed by combining the extracted knowledge and the knowledge in the Chinese science and technology word system.Based on the knowledge map,the model and process of the technology-efficiency map were automatically constructed,and the prototype was developed for empirical analysis.Finally,based on the features of rapid automatic construction,two application modes are extended,which are cross-domain technology reference and similar patent detectionThe main innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)Design knowledge extraction strategy for automatic construction of technology-efficiency map.On the basis of the systematic study of the component elements,constitution principle,construction mode,distribution characteristics of patent knowledge points and syntactic characteristics,the corresponding extraction strategies of all kinds of knowledge are designed.The text rule and dependent syntactic analysis are used to extract knowledge points accurately,and the problem of coarse granularity of classification by machine clustering or the technology of efficiency map based on classification is improved.According to the efficiency description in the patent,only the advantages and not the disadvantages are mentioned,and the simplest keyword matching strategy is adopted to achieve greater coverage of efficiency extraction.On the one hand,this part of work enriches the theoretical basis of the construction of technology-efficiency map;on the other hand,it makes use of extracted knowledge to label patents,greatly improving the current situation of low efficiency by manual labeling.(2)The semantic model of patent knowledge map is designed for automatic construction of technology-efficiency map,so that the hidden knowledge points in the patent can be connected and displayed in a three-dimensional way.It includes the relation between technical words,efficiency words,domain words and various entities such as patent holder and inventor.The knowledge extracted from patents and the knowledge from Chinese science and technology word system are used to construct the patent knowledge map.Based on this knowledge map,the pattern type of the matrix structure of technology-efficiency map is extended,which effectively supports the automatic construction of technology-efficiency map.(3)Propose the integrated solution of automatic construction of technology-efficiency map.It includes automatic construction model and data flow design,covering the whole cycle of technology-efficiency map construction.It can realize the automatic construction of patent technology-efficiency map according to certain mechanism,process and technology level control for a subject in a certain field.At the same time,the self-evolution mechanism of engineering application is designed to optimize the classification of technical and efficiency.This scheme improves the speed and flexibility of the construction,enhances the efficiency of patent intelligence analysis,and reduces the manpower cost.(4)Two new application modes of technical efficiency chart were expanded.Due to the low efficiency of manual labeling and long production cycle,the traditional technology-efficiency map has limited application modes.The method in this paper realizes the automatic construction of technology-efficiency map,which can be generated in real time and meet the needs of man-machine interaction.And the parameters can be modified at any time to see the generation effect.Therefore,the application mode of technology-efficiency map can be extended.This paper proposes its application mode in cross-domain technology reference and similar patent monitoring.
