General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed,in conversazione of ideological and political teachers from the whole country,that the key factors for constructing ideological and political course construction lies in teachers.Young faculty of ideological and political theory course,who are the essential members of the ideological and political teachers’ troops,are the effective strength to guarantee and improve the teaching quality of ideological and political theory course.To make sure that ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities have strong sense of politics,deep affections,novel thoughts,strict discipline and decent personality,and to polish up the teaching efficiency of ideological and political course,young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course must be attached to great significance.It makes significantly theoretical and practical sense to expound the theory of young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course and theoretical basis of young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course from the angle of “what”,explore thoroughly the development property.Young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course is the requirement of acting as teachers’ roles,performing teachers’ duties,implementing effective teaching and achieving academic teaching.The great significance is that it makes for safeguarding leading ideologies in China,implementing the goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,neutralizing the contradictions between teaching and scientific research,accelerating the teachers’ growth in teaching and winning the quality battle of classroom teaching.Scientifically tease theoretical basis of young faculty’s the instructional development of ideological and political theory course.Marxism’s thought about teachers’ teaching is used as a fundamental of faculty’s instructional development,since the discourse about faculty’s instructional development given by classical authors and leaders of Chinese Communist Party has tamped the measures tend to be perfect and the teaching efficiency has gradually appeared through questionnaires and data analysis.The current situation and predicament which are shown in young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course have been analyzed from the aspects of the sense of teaching responsibility,teaching theoretical knowledge,teaching practical ability and optimizing teaching practice.The causes of dilemma probably be the following: the young faculty of ideological and political theory course hasn’t paid much attention to and hasn’t been devoted to it,colleges and universities haven’t attached great importance to and haven’t given too much support to it,and departments or institutes of colleges and universities haven’t the sufficient implementation in training and assisting young faculty to develop their teaching ability and related policies and funding from the government haven’t been carried out well.Overally put forward the feasible countermeasures of young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course.The fundamental way to develop young faculty’s instruction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities lies in young faculty’s endeavor.Young faculty are supposed to intensify the sense of instructional development,reinforce accumulation of teaching knowledge,attach importance to enhancing of teaching ability,implement teaching introspection after class,carry out the great task of scholarship of teaching and learning and strengthen their personality cultivation.The guarantee of young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course lies in the action done by colleges and universities.Colleges and universities ought to value young faculty’s ideological and political education,promote their teaching ability to analyse students,set up the organization of instructional development and perfect the system of instructional development.The key to young faculty’s instructional development of ideological and political theory course is the support provided by the colleges and universities.The institutes or departments must innovate thepostgraduate education to drive the teaching development,ameliorate the teaching training of young faculty of ideological and political theory
