| The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that "the people have faith,the country has power and the nation has hope".Belief is the core component of culture.It is not only a "good engine" leading the direction of cultural development,but also a "touchstone" to examine the effectiveness of cultural construction.The direction of cultural development and the effect of cultural construction are closely related to the strategy of cultural development.Forming a cultural development strategy guided by Marxism,aiming at building a strong socialist cultural country,cultivating and promoting socialist core values,strengthening socialist ideological construction and improving the soft power of national culture is a social situation in which the Communist Party of China synchronizes with the times and stands at the height of historical development.An accurate grasp of the development and change of China is also a major strategic decision made with the people as the center to respond positively to the spiritual and cultural life needs of the people of all ethnic groups in the country.It fully reflects the self-confident and open mind and responsibility of a big country,and focuses on the core position and mission of people-oriented.University is the epitome of social culture and the cradle of cultivating the builders and successors of socialist cause.University education helps to realize the sublimation of human spirit and the strengthening of social consensus.It provides a "scene" and "path" for the generation and selection of beliefs.It is an effective carrier for the spread of beliefs.Therefore,from the perspective of cultural development strategy,taking college students as the main object,carrying out systematic research on belief education has become a meaningful topic with both the significance of the times and realistic concerns.It can not only broaden the research field of ideals and beliefs in the discipline of Ideological and political education,but also serve as a strategic construction of cultural development.Provide theoretical and practical support.Based on this,the paper tries to construct a topic from the perspective of value effectiveness and under the historical space-time of cultural development strategy,to explain the "due" function of College Students’ belief education in improving cultural consciousness,enhancing cultural self-confidence and promoting cultural self-improvement,to investigate and understand the current "real" situationand to seek truth from facts.Based on the analysis,the path selection for improving and perfecting the corresponding work is explored.The research originates from the connotation and significance of the activities related to college students’ belief education.From the perspective of connotation,it mainly contains four levels of contents: one is the education of political belief related content centered on Marxist belief,the other is the education of moral belief related content guided by socialist core value system,and the third is the law based on the thought of "ruling the country by law" and socialist legal system.Fourthly,the education of belief-related content is life-related content education aiming at the all-round development of human beings.In a sense,the quality and level of College Students’ belief education is a reflection of the common characteristics of the times,a projector and barometer of social group beliefs,and the ideological and political theory of colleges and universities should be run rightly and vigorously.To carry out the educational practice of "humanistic culture formation" and "cultivating people by casting souls" and to promote college students’ belief education with the care of imparting knowledge and culture is conducive to strengthening ideals and beliefs,practicing core values,cultivating legal thinking and promoting people’s all-round development,thus consolidating the spiritual foundation of cultural development and providing literature.Cultural knowledge supply,cohesion of cultural talents and cultivation of cultural human resources can enhance the quality of cultural talents,help to become the carrier of cultural heritage,the way of cultural development and the source of cultural innovation,thus broadening the practical space of cultural self-confidence,guiding college students to enhance "four self-confidence" and stimulating their true feelings.We are integrating patriotism,the aspiration to become a powerful country and the deep feelings of the trip to serve the country into our study and life practice,providing intellectual guarantee for the promotion of cultural development,contributing to the realization of "the soul of strong culture,the body of healthy culture,gathering the spirit of culture,and developing the power of culture",so that Chinese culture can find its place in the world scene.In the global context,it has won wide respect and formed an unparalleled cultural competitiveness.With the method of interview and investigation in qualitative research,this paper conducts in-depth interviews with the main body of College Students’ Belief Education-teachers and representatives of student groups,so as to get a glimpse of the current situation of College Students’ belief education.On the one hand,belief education has made a series of achievements,such as college students’ belief direction is morehealthy and upward,the overall quality is relatively good,and ideological and political theory course as the main channel of belief education plays a more obvious role,and so on.On the other hand,belief education is also facing some practical difficulties that can not be ignored,such as the ineffectiveness and lack of time of belief education brought about by one-sided education content and the simplification of education methods.From the point of view of system theory,the causes of these dilemmas are not only from the internal factors of the education system,such as the one-sidedness of the educational content,the irrationality of the system,the uniqueness of the educational method,the inconsistency of the mechanism and system,and the inconsistency of the development of the system,but also from the external factors of the education system,such as economy and politics.Severe challenges in the fields of governance,culture and society;profit-seeking motivation driven by market economy,which blunts the motivation of College Students’ belief education;some problems in the real society weaken the credibility of College Students’ belief education;and the rise of multiculturalism has affected the strength of College Students’ belief education.Starting from the concept and content dimension,this paper explores the relevant ways to improve the effectiveness of College Students’ belief education from the perspective of cultural development strategy,starting from the following perspectives.On the one hand,from the perspective of focusing on the value orientation of cultural development and sublimating the belief education concept of College students,we should establish strategic thinking,uphold the concept from "good governance" to "good governance",and improve the grasp of belief education. |
