College students are representatives of the younger generation,the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation."University is a place where moral education is established and talents are cultivated ".It focuses on the fundamental tasks of moral education,strengthens the education of students' socialist core values,strengthens and improves the theoretical research and practical application of ideological and political education in colleges and universities which is of great significance to adhere to the socialist university,and to educate the socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,and labor.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "ceremonies are an effective way to declare values and educate the people." Ceremony is an important carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and its essential requirement is to cast souls and educate people.Ceremony in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is infectious.At the macro level,through the normative design and procedural arrangements,a systematic and perfect ceremony education system is formed,which realizes strong support for ideological and political theory education and is an important carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At the micro level,through the infectiousness,valueinternalization and soul shaping of the ceremony subject,the effect of value leadership and behavioral norms on college students is an important means to guide college students to actively practice the core values of socialism.Based on this,this paper takes "ceremony in the ideological and political education and its infectiousness" as the main research object,and tries to answer two fundamental questions: First,under the background of the new era,how to define and interpret the intrinsic nature of ceremony in the ideological and political education,specifically What is the connotation? Second,based on historical experience,realistic conditions and mechanism of action,how to effectively enhance the infectiousness of college ideological and political education ceremony on college students,and truly play its role in cultivating and practicing socialist core values?Focusing on the above problems,this paper insists on the combination of theory and empirical evidence,and follows the clarification of the connotation essence,examines the historical experience and the characteristics of the current situation,thereby explores the mechanism of action,and finally puts forward the research ideas of the construction strategy.Therefore,this paper is divided into three levels: theory,practice and countermeasures.It sorts out the ceremony theory and practical experience from the perspective of ideological and political education,explores the internal mechanism of ideological and political education ceremony infecting people and the value construction of educatee,and establishes an ideological and political education ceremony system to fit the current situation and adapt to the future educational environment.The specific five chapters of this paper,from the introduction which explains research origin and research status,to the essence,historical investigation,empirical research,mechanism of action and system construction,is divided into three parts.The first is to sort out the correlation theory and the intrinsic nature of the ceremony and its infectiousness under the vision of ideological and political education,therefore to clarify the theoretical premise for the full text.It covers the introduction and the first chapter of this paper.In the process,the ideological and political education ceremony can only be regarded as successful,when the values contained in the ceremony are experienced,understood and internalized into own values by the individuals.The concept of infectiousness describes and summarizes the intrinsic link between ideological and political education ceremony and the value construction of educatee.The concept and connotation of ceremony infectiousness is an innovative research interest in this paper.The introduction part mainly teases out the relevant research status,lays a foundation for the later research,and points out the direction.The first chapter mainly clarifies the basic theories and concepts of ideological and political education ceremony and their infectiousness,and establishes a theoretic system of it.The second is to tease out and summarize the historical evolution and practical experience of ceremony in ideological and political education,and lay a realistic basis for the full text.It covers the second and third chapters of this article,focus on the historical evolution and reality of ideological and political education ceremony and their infectiousness in colleges and universities.The second chapter is mainly a historical investigation of traditional educational ceremony from the vertical.Through combing and summarizing the history of Chinese educational ceremony,we will reflect on the predicament of the current ideological and political education ceremony as a whole,and point out the importance of enhancing the infectiousness of ideological and political education ceremony.The third chapter focuses on the current situation and characteristics of ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities.Through case interviews,this paper explores the three dimensions of awareness,participation and infectiousness degree of ideological and political education ceremony,and summarizes the characteristics of current ideological and political education ceremony in colleges and universities,analyzes existing problems and main factors,and points out the urgency and necessity of the improvement of ideological and political education ceremony infectiousness.The third is to explore the internal mechanism of the infectiousness of ceremony in ideological and political education,and to build an innovative ceremony system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,which is the ultimate goal of this paper.Covering the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter of this article,it focuses on the specific ways and means of the infectiousness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The fourth chapter mainly relies on relevant theories and research results to analyze the infectiousness and mechanism of ideological and political education ceremony,and explores how ideological and political education ceremony infect people's thoughts and values from the process of action,influencing factors and key links.The fifth chapter attempts to construct a ceremony system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities that adapts to the current educational environment.It proposes strategies for system construction from basic norms,key contents to practical cases,and proposes countermeasures for better carrying out ideological and political education in the new era.
