National health is an important part of a country's economic and social development,it's also an important criterion for measuring the country's comprehensive strength.As an important way to realize the health of the whole people,the implementation of National Fitness Plan has been defined as a national strategy by the Chinese government in 2014.Among all kinds of social groups,university students have their own characteristics.On the one hand,body development changes greatly and they have strong fitness awareness and needs.On the other hand,their habits and psychology gradually tend to be stable and mature.The scientific level of fitness exercise will have an important impact on the subsequent stages.Judging from the actual situation,although the current health awareness and fitness participation rate of university students are continuously improving,to a large extent,there are still some phenomena such as blind and random fitness behaviors and lack of scientific basis.The scientific level of university students' fitness still needs to be further improved,and the scientific fitness of campus has become a topic that needs to be studied urgently.At present,the research on university students' scientific fitness mainly focuses on two aspects:first,the research on health evaluation,including the definition of health,the design of evaluation index and the implementation of evaluation,etc.Second,the research on the key factors of scientific construction is mainly carried out from two aspects:external(environmental)factors and internal(individual)factors.Among them,the research on external elements is relatively more,and the research content is mainly in the allocation of fitness resources and teaching of fitness methods,while the research on internal factors is relatively less.The internal factors of university students' scientific fitness are the basis in promoting health,and have the characteristics of concealment,mutual influence,lagging effect,etc.According to the current research situation,there is still a lot of research space in many aspects such as the content,structure and interactive relationship of the internal factors in scientific fitness.Gene theory provides a new perspective for the research on the internal factors of university students ' scientific fitness.Genes are stable nucleotide sequences in organisms that can determine the traits of organisms.However,the internal factors of university students ' scientific fitness and genes have similar characteristics.They are composed of factors and form a sequence structure,which can affect the scientific fitness effect.Gene theory provides mature ideas for the study of gene elements,structure and function.It is necessary and feasible to study the content,structure and function of the internal factors of scientific fitness for university students by means of gene theory.Based on this,the concept of scientific fitness gene system for university students is put forward.Based on the definition of the concept,the analysis,design and implementation of scientific fitness gene system for university students are carried out by means of gene theory.In the stage of system analysis and design,the elements of gene system for university students' scientific fitness were screened by grounded theory method and the structure of the gene system was established.The relationship and function on the elements of gene system were tested and analyzed by structural equation model.In the stage of system implementation,the system dynamics method is used to simulate the changes of factors in university students' scientific fitness gene system.On this basis,the following four conclusions are drawn:Firstly,it is feasible and necessary to use genetic theory for researching internal factors in scientific fitness.The system of internal factors is defined as the scientific fitness gene system for university students.The scientific fitness gene of university students is a sequence of elements that can help achieve the intended effects of scientific fitness.It includes a specific set of different elements and its certain structure based on a specific arrangement.Secondly,the elements of scientific fitness gene system for university students include four bases and nine components,forming a structure of double strands with four bases.The scientific fitness gene systems include four bases:the knowledge base,the skill base,the attitude base and the habit base.The scientific fitness knowledge base consists of two components:health knowledge and sports knowledge,the skill base of two components as environmental utilization and exercise method,attitude base of three components as intention,emotion and perception,habit base of two components as adherence and professionalization.Under the double-strand effect of resources and learning ability,a structure of two-strand four-base is therefore established.Thirdly,the health effect of scientific fitness gene system is determined by the interaction of aforesaid factors.All of the four bases and nine components can generate positive effects on health,among which the knowledge base not only has direct positive effects on health,but also can promote health through the intermediary of the attitude base and habit base.The direct positive effects of skill base on health are not obvious,but through the intermediary of attitude base it can significantly promote health.Attitude base can produce positive effect on health not only directly but also through the intermediary of scientific habit base,while the latter has a direct positive effect on health.Fourthly,different bases have different effects on health in different simulation periods.Precise intervention is conducive to giving full play to the health promotion function of scientific fitness gene system for university students.The intervention of scientific fitness knowledge base takes best effect on junior university students while intervention of skill base works relatively better on senior students.According to the analogue simulation involving variations of same direction and amplitude by the method of systematic dynamic analysis,it is showed that variations of knowledge base produce most significant promotion during early-mid stage,while skill base variations promote most significantly in later stage.Accordingly,the innovations of this thesis can be summarized as follows:Firstly,this thesis studies from the perspective of genetic analysis the constitution of internal factors of scientific fitness of university students.It puts forward the concept of scientific fitness gene system and performs an empirical study on the content,structure and effect of this gene system under a research framework where such genes are screened,analyzed,expressed as well as regulated and controlled.As a result,a relatively systematic research on internal factors of scientific fitness on campus is provided,which would facilitate better understanding of the essence of these internal factors as well as how scientific fitness promote health.Secondly,this thesis establishes and validates a model where effect of scientific fitness gene system on health of university students can be analyzed.Using empirical data to test several hypotheses concerning the promotion of health by scientific fitness gene,relationship between scientific fitness gene bases and their respective influence on health of university students are clarified;regulatory role of external variables is also verified.These results reflect to a certain extent the relationship between individual scientific fitness and health,and also help further in explaining the differentiation of such individual relations.Thirdly,this thesis introduces simulation technique to explore the optimal path for intervention to improve internal factors of scientific fitness on campus.Based on a genetic structure of internal factors,the causal relation of variation regarding scientific fitness gene system is analyzed.A systematic dynamic model is also designed to conduct simulation and analysis with variation of same amplitude of four bases in the genetic structure.On the base of analogue simulation results,this thesis integrates the theory of innovation diffusion to sort out hierarchy,process,path and content of scientific fitness intervention and propose a targeted promotion strategy.
