General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 19 th CPC national congress: we will extensively carry out nationwide fitness programs and accelerate efforts to build China into a strong sports country.This is a time proposition.Teenagers make up a quarter of our population.They are the focus of national fitness programs.Primary school is the key period for the formation of sports behavior habits and it also an important foundation period for lifelong sports behavior.Presently we need to care about and teach teenagers how to spend their leisure time.This has become one of the tasks of school sports in the new era.Based on the above-mentioned,this subject takes the present situation of pupils' leisure sports behavior as the context,comprehensive use of literature,questionnaire survey,interview,logical analysis and other methods.From the perspectives of sociology,pedagogy and behavior,this paper studies the cultivation of pupils' leisure sports behavior.The research design follows the principles: raise questions,theory analysis,status analysis,value discussion and system construction.The main results are as follows.1.This thesis thinks,primary school students' leisure sports behavior refers to the sports behavior that students experience and participate independently in different space and time according to their own interests and specialties in their disposable spare time.It is a kind of sports behavior to promote the physical development,psychological quality and social adaptation of primary school students.2.The cultivation of primary school students' leisure sports behavior is the requirement for primary school students when the modern society develops to a certain stage.Teenager's physical health is related to the future development of the motherland,physical school students learning and life.We need to seize the key period of development in the life cycle,let primary school students through sports learning and exercise to develop leisure sports behavior.Social development,educational reform and school sports reform are the driving forces for the cultivation of pupil's sports behavior.The value of primary school students' leisure sports behavior is reflected in cultivating primary school students to learn to play,promoting students' freedom,health and all-round development,as well as the social value of spreading health lifestyle,promoting social economic and cultural development,and enriching educational concepts.3.The present situation of primary school students' leisure life and sports participation is systematically analyzed.Due to the lack of guidance and education,the daily leisure and leisure behavior of primary school students are in a spontaneous state.Their leisure sports behavior has realistic dilemma.In the aspect of teaching,PE teachers are limited by themselves and objective factors,which leads to their inadequacy in leisure PE education.In the aspect of learning,primary school students are faced with the dilemma of leisure sports behavior due to Intrapersonal constrain,interpersonal constrain and structural constrain.Intrapersonal constraints lead to the separation of consciousness and behavior of primary school students' leisure sports,Which is shown that their daily leisure activities are static,and sports activities have not become their main leisure content.The frequency of their leisure sports activities is not high,the period time of activities is limited,and the duration of activities is unreasonable.Their knowledge of leisure sports is lacking and the access to knowledge of leisure sports is single.Lack of playmates,parental control and teachers' neglect of interpersonal constraints hinder their participation in leisure sports.Structural constraints such as free time,field equipment and family economic level limit the cultivation of leisure sports behavior.In the aspect of synergy,the low integration among school,family and community becomes the bottleneck for the cultivation of primary school students' leisure sports behavior.4.It is the trend of modern school sports development to set up the concept of large curriculum and introduce leisure sports into the course content,and it is the basic point of the construction of leisure sports module curriculum to integrate the cultivation of leisure sports behavior into teaching practice.According to Taylor's principle and integrated curriculum theory,combining with the needs of social development,school physical education development needs and the characteristics of pupils' physical and mental development,this paper proposes a design of leisure physical education module curriculum content,which covers target system,content carrier,implementation path and learning evaluation.The overall goal of the leisure sports module course is to improve the students' leisure sports cognition level,cultivate their leisure sports consciousness and ability,and promote their mental health and social development.Fitness and entertainment,development and feasibility,fun and competition,national and international constitute the selection principles of leisure sports module content.The content system of primary school leisure sports module is constructed with six themes: regular,game,competition,emerging,outdoor and mental.The study evaluation of leisure sports content includes the diversification of evaluation judges,the comprehensiveness of evaluation content and the diversification of evaluation methods.5.School,family and community constitute a guarantee system for the cultivation of pupils' leisure sports behavior.School is the foundation for the smooth implementation of the cultivation of leisure sports behavior.The active participation of family can effectively promote the effect of the cultivation of leisure sports behavior.The strong support of community creates an environment for the cultivation of leisure sports behavior.The cultivation of pupils' leisure sports behavior needs to give full play to the advantages of the three parties,and build a “school-family-community” integrated leisure sports behavior cultivation mode that takes school as the main position,family as the basic place and community as the important place.
