With the development of school football,the performance of school football is getting more and more attention.Although the performance of school football can not be separated from material capital and human capital investment,and has made certain achievements,but how to promote school football,improve the performance of the operation,we can not ignore the role of non-material resources.Social capital theory is a new interpretation paradigm of social science,emphasizing the role of non-material resources formed by interaction betwee n people,mainly reflected in the social interaction and trust formed based on the construction of social network.Norms and the shared values,visions and perceptions derived therefrom.Social capital depends on the social interaction between different individuals in the social network and thus promotes the efficient integration of material capital and human capital and promotes the efficiency of collective action so as to obtain better social benefits or performance.Based on this,this study introduces the theory of social capital,starting with several kinds of outstanding factors that restrict the performance improvement of school football,through literature review and combing,This paper explores the internal relationship between these factors and social capital and the logic between these factors and the performance of school football.Through theoretical deduction and empirical analysis,this paper explains the internal logic between social capital and the performance of school football,the action mechanism between each dimension of social capital and operational performance,so as to make sure how to promote school football.Improve the performance of school football to provide theoretical reference.In this study,some special schools of national school football were selected as the research objects,and the theoretical model and analytical framework were constructed by referring to the three-dimensional theory of social capital of Nahapiet and Ghoshal and the absorptive capacity theory of Cohen and Levinthal.They were measured from structural dimension(social interaction),relational dimension(cognitive trust),cognitive dimension(shared vision)and absorptive capacity.Including explanatory variables(social capital),intermediate variables(absorptive capacity),explained variables(operational performance)and control variables(school administrative geographical characteristics).There are four kinds of variables,such as school type characteristics and whether the school is a traditional football event school,and the corresponding 7 hypothetical path relationships.Through the method of literature,this study collects the relevant theoretical documents of school football,through field investigation and expert interviews,further understand the ac tual situation and existing problems of school football performance in an all-round way.Through the statistical analysis of 440 valid questionnaire data,the dissertation demonstrates the path relationship and action mechanism of social capital influencing the performance of school football.The results are as follows:(1)Social interaction has a significant direct positive impact on absorptive capacity,and the higher the level of social interaction in school social capital,the stronger school absorptive capacity;(2)Cognitive trust has a significant direct positive effect on absorptive capacity.The higher the level of cognitive trust in school social capital,the stronger the school absorptive capacity;(3)the higher the level of common vision in school social capital,the stronger the school absorptive capacity;(4)absorptive ability has a significant direct positive impact on the performance of school football,and the higher the level of school absorptive ability,the stronger the performance of school football;(5)Social interaction has a partial positive impact on the performance of school football.The higher the level of social interaction in school social capital,the stronger the performance of school football:(6)Cognitive trust has no direct positive effect on the performance of school football,but needs to indirectly influence the performance of school football through absorptive ability;(7)the common vision has no direct and significant positive influence on the performance of school football,but needs to influence the performance of school football indirectly through absorptive capacity.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Social capital has a positive effect on the performance of school football.(2)the influence of three dimensions of social capital on school absorptive ability is different.(3)School absorptive ability has a significant positive effect on school football performance.Effect and play a part of intermediary role between social capital and school football performance.(4)the administrative characteristics of the school,The characteristics of school type and whether the football traditional school in the absorption capacity and operational performance variables are different.
