| Adolescent autonomy development is both an important subject for the development of psychology,and also a concern of the moral education practice in schools.Autonomy is not only a essential condition for the comprehensive development of adolescents,but also is an important measure of the overall quality of the individual.Moral education practice is the process that forming and developing the autonomy of students and make them become individuals who possess moral autonomy motivation and selectivity.Adolescents with moral autonomy personality neither independent of external authority nor blindly obey the wishes of others,they are able to do moral judgments,moral choices and ethical practices consciously on the basis of their own will.Therefore,the effectiveness of moral education in schools must be the "internalization" of adolescents,which is the transformation of moral requirements into the choice of inner autonomy of adolescents.The primary mission of moral education in schools should be to promote adolescents to make autonomous moral judgments and behavior choices.Therefore,under the vision of moral education a study on the characteristics of adolescent autonomy development can play the value orientation and promotion of adolescent’s autonomy development from moral education in schools,additionally,it can stimulate the adaptive function and promotion of autonomy from scholastic moral education.Recently,the researches on school moral education has been transformed from external validity to internal generation,and then extended to the micro psychological process of students.This paper is based on theory demonstration and empirical investigation,makes a comprehensive analysis on the autonomy development of adolescents under the view of moral education.In particular,it elaborates on the related concepts,theoretical system,essential demands,basic characteristics,development profiles,existing problems of adolescents’ autonomous development and influencing factors under the view of moral education.The study found that the level of total adolescent autonomy is slightly medium above the middle level,with significant differences in the level of autonomous development in all dimensions;The development of adolescent autonomy showed a trend of upward trend;adolescent’s autonomy development have individual differences.A survey of autonomy development of adolescents under the view of moral education shows that there are still many deficiencies about adolescents’ autonomous development;The interpersonal support from teachers andparents,the positive interaction between adolescents and teachers,the flexible way of moral education in school and the autonomous management mechanism have an impact on the development of adolescents’ autonomy.Starting with the view of moral education,researching on the development of adolescents’ autonomy and exploring new methods and approaches to promote the level adolescents’ autonomy development is an important object to enhance the effectiveness of moral education in modern schools.The paper puts forward the strategies to promote the development of adolescent autonomy.Which include establishing a adolescent moral education content system;creating the school moral atmosphere based on autonomy support;building interpersonal interaction model based on autonomy support;proposing the basic methods of promoting the development of adolescent autonomy;setting up a management mechanism of the autonomy of the school moral education.Development of adolescent autonomy can be better nurtured through above paths of school moral education strategies,moreover,adolescent moral consciousness can be enhanced,and ultimately,autonomous moral personality can be created. |
