Being Dependent And Autonomous:a Study On The Development Of College Students' Body In Modern Times

Body research is a hot topic in recent years,domestic and foreign humanities and social studies.In China,the body problem also attracts the interests of educational researchers.They think that it can help people return to the true existence of human being and achieve the life care.Modern college students are a special group of modem society.Under the influence of various social forces,the bodies of modern college studentsare changing.This study explores the development of modem college students with the body as a clue,and will shift the focus of educational problems from educational system,educational thought and so on to the subject of education.The purpose of the conversion research perspective is to examine the growth of educated people with a new and the perspective of close to human being,and then reflect on the cultivation of modern higher education in China,and recognize how education should influence and shape people in the context of social transformation.Through the study of the relevant historical data of college students from 1895 to 1937,this study examines the history of their physical changes,and then explores the relationship between the state and the student's body and reveals the educational factors that affect the physical development of the students.Based on this idea,this study first discusses and analyzes the development and changes of modern college students'body,and then puts forward the characteristics of their bodies' development.This study analyzes the development and change of modern college students from six angles:the first is how the body of students,which is familiar with the environment of family,become familiar with the environment of university campus,and then into the country;the second is how the modern university discipline students and how the college student respond to the discipline;the third is,in order to cultivate the strong body,how the modem university shape college students pay attention to health;The fourth is how the change of being self-cultivated into paying more attention on appearance in college students;The fifth is to explore the ideological and physiological characteristics of college students;Finally,I examine the view of life and death of college students in the background of national survival.Based on the above analysis,this study shows that the development of modern college students presents five characteristics:First is being oriented of nation.The growth of bodies of college students and the country is inseparable,so the modern university pay more attention on the military training and planned sports training and the "strengthening the national physique" health practice;Second is,compared with focusing on shaping the individual's inherent moral cultivation,modern college students give more attention on strong physical body with the idea that strong body has a direct relationship with the national prosperity.Third is the physical body of college students have more freedom.In modern university,the flexible system of enrollment,transfer and suspension make students have more freedom to learn or not;and modern college students actively pursue the freedom of marriage and sex andactivity space.Fourth is thediscipline of human nature.In modern times,the student management system of the western university is introduced into university,such as time and space management,ideological management,system management,life management,academic management,especially the physical health of students,all of them is a sign of modern education human nature.Fifth is The students began to present their bodies in a diverse way.Modern college students abandoned the rigid behaviors that traditional intellectuals got used to.Instead,they took an active part in sports and revolution,went abroad to further their study so as to save the nation,with their bodies appearing in various social situations.In short,the shape of modern college students' bodies adapted to the needs of the times,but this also sow the seeds of instrumental rationality as well as neglect of cultivation of heart..In conclusion,the development of the relationship between the body and the state of modern college students shows a curve of attribution and deviation.When the national crisis is serious,the attribution of the body becomes stronger and the autonomy of the body becomes weak.When the individual and the state are strengthened,the physical autonomy Become stronger,weakened attribution.The physical development of modem college students embodies the unity and contradiction between their physical attribution and body autonomy.The history of coping and enticing among college students is a kind of specific orientation of "traditional" and "modern".
