A northwest china village as a case,The study used "institution-life "perspective and individual theories,studied the process of modernization since the household contract manifesting with vacancization.Local talent of the whole country is mandatory to cover up the past regime in collectivization period,village change based on institutional support of the village,resource endowments,demographic characteristics,cultural characteristics,and produced important chemical reactions.Geographical location in poor condition,poor rural Northwest humanities and social ecology wheels behind the times,under the modern system of promoting a series of social and individuals systems,the villagers tried to constantly strive to achieve self-interest,to share the fruits of modem,the modern high-speed trains through out the village but was far behind.The vacancization of the village is not only reflected in a significant reduction in the population,but also in village culture and village spirit.The modernization of the national series of systems that promoted the village to individualized and vacant process.Such as the flow regime for farmers in order to promote the development of industrialization and urbanization,and the urban development system of small towns,and the consumer system that needs to making a lot of consumer who have consume willingness and spending power,and modern state-managed society's system full with strong desire and ability,that all jointly promote the Beibuzi villagers continuous unidirectional flow outward and " Dis-embedded " out as the pursuit and realization of the rights of the individual "responsible for themselves" become the workers and consumers.The study found that young people growing emphasis on individual rights,but to some extent deprived of parental rights,within the family forming part of the realization of the rights of people just unbalanced individual.At the same time,village community cohesion weakened with individuals constantly from the village " Dis-embedded " out,the role of traditional kinship community shelters and geopolitical community of individuals,it is hard to find from a traditional family,clan,village community in stable support,individuals greatly reduced dependence on villages,the traditional "marriage circle" gradual declined,local festivals and rituals have been gradually on the basis of "abstract" and"standardization",traditional heritage of collective memory,promote group identity,social protection of individual identity function gradually weakened.In the vacancization of process,the farmers dis-embedded from the village life,from peasant identities de-intercalation,from the village-the village de-intercalation axis,from the offspring-the ancestor axis de-intercalation,embedded in the individual-the axis of the modern state,the freedom of the individual as a laborer and consumers axis,the individual is limited workers and consumers will never tire axis,on this axis the original can rely on traditional support networks are no longer able to rely on,the village is no longer a warm,safe,people can dependent communities,but people can always detachment " peg-community." Individuals "Dis-embedded " from the village,at the same time,they effort to take control of theirlife,constantly looking for " re-embedding " site,but the consequences of reflexive modernity caused villagers can only re-embed the risk society,a comprehensive risk borne by individual choice and social systems jointly manufactured vacant villages.
