By adopting several research methods and tracing studied the strength training status of 6 top national male triple jumpers competed in the last 10 years,this thesis affiliates network thinking with strength training for the first time,which is absolute different from existing hypothesizes suchas“reductionism”and“holism”,aims at establishing an integrated strength training system for elite triple jumpers as a reference to triple jump training.Results are as follows:1.There are 3 modes which are mainly used for strength training of Chinese elite male triple jumpers:part-divided training mode,training mode that aims at techniques or sport specific needs,training modes according to human anatomic structure.Barbells,dumbbells,rubber bands,sand weight vests,jump boxes are equipments that commonly utilized.2.Sport specific strength training for Chinese elite triple jumpers involves exercises that equal to sport specific movement structures,and similar to force order or force mode,which includes?various bodyweight or weight resistant training skills and movements imitation,?Takeoff support ability training with bodyweight or weight,?weight or resistant training for arm swing and leg swing,?weight or resistant training for trunk or hip joint,?weight dash and jump,take off training coordinated with limbs,?various horizontal and vertical hops and jumps training,? entire triple jump movement disassembled training.3.Periodization of Chinese elite triple jumpers mainly involves double cycle training and supplemented by block training,which matched the competition rules and ability of Chinese triple jumpers.Six types of load modes are mainly used for strength training for Chinese elite male triple jumpers,training load principles meet the world tend.Multi-sets training are mainly used as the main method,and pay more attention on sport specific training.4.The gap between Chinese elite male triple jumpers and world top jumpers on strength training concepts,approaches and application could be directly manifested in the following factors:not enough full run-up jump exercises and single leg support exercises;lacking of portable and advanced instant strength training monitoring equipments;empirical coaching;underdeveloped team coordination and high-tech training facilities.5.The warm up and cool down exercises in strength training for Chinese elite male triple jumpers mainly involves Muscle activation and fascia relaxation at the beginning,injury prevention exercises during training,and low load aerobics,static stretch and hydrotherapy after training.As regard to hydrotherapy,the most common approaches are icing and apply cool and warm water bath alternatively,for which temperature and time are not set.6.CK(creatine kinase)and other kinetic biochemical criterions are used as the main indicators for measuring strength training intensity iunong Chinese elite.male triple jumpers.However,the monitoring process is not scientific enough,lacking of overall training process monitoring and instant feedback.In some tests,skin prick time is unset,results feedbacks are not in time,data are not stored.As a result,scientists will have to follow suit in the following training circle,which leads to horrible waste and vicious circle.
