Research On The Construction Of The Ideological Discourse Right And Authority Of The Communist Party Of China

The issue of discourse right/authority in the ideological field is a major issue concerning the survival and development of classes,political parties,countries,and nations.The quantity and quality of discourse right/authority in the ideological field not only directly affects the direction of social public opinion and the direction of future development,but also profoundly affects the future and destiny of a class,a political party,a country,a nation,and even their survival.Since its establishment,the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the construction of ideology and attached importance to mastering ideological discourse right and authority.The splendid history of the Communist Party of China from its establishment and development to a certain extent can be said to be a history of the CPC that constantly strives for,establishes,maintains and consolidates the discourse right/authority of Marxist ideology.However,an indisputable fact is that the ideological discourse right/authority is neither solidified nor once and for all.At present,China has entered a new era of socialist development with Chinesecharacteristics.In the new era,China's ideological field has not calmed down.The struggle is still complicated and the situation is still grim.The struggle for ideological discourse right/authority is still fierce.The task of consolidating the discourse right/authority of mainstream ideology is still arduous.From the global perspective,the current world is in a state of great change in a hundred years.The gods are arguing,and their thoughts are everywhere.The western developed capitalist countries represented by the United States have stepped up the use of the Internet and other means to infiltrate our values and ideology.The international public opinion pattern is still in a state of "West Strong but East Weak" and "Capitalism Strong but Socialist Weak".From the perspective of domestic ideological field,at present,China is in a deep transformation,and the deepening of marketization has made utilitarianism,money worship,hedonism,consumerism,materialism and extreme individualism spread in a certain scope;moral misconduct,confusion of values,loss of faith,etc.are still abundant;and socialism,collectivism and patriotism are facing new challenges.Some wrong social trends,such as Neo-liberalism and Historical-nihilism,are widely disseminated through new media.They have tried to distort/misunderstand/mislead the Reform and Opening up,to deny the history of the party/the army/the country,to deny our party's leadership,and to discredit the socialist road/system/theory and culture with Chinese characteristics,to challenge the dominantposition of Marxism,and to compete with us for positions and people,and to seize the the ideological discourse right/authority.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the mainstream ideological voice has become a top priority and an inevitable choice.This article is based on such background and theoretical thinking,and chooses to explore the issue of "the research of the Chinese Communist Party's ideological voice construction".In a nutshell,the article generally follows the logic of“what is-why-how to do”.In addition to the introduction,it is divided into five chapters to discuss it in detail.Conceptual analysis of the ideological discourse right/authority.Firstly,It combs the basic concepts involved in ideological discourse right/authority—discourse,discourse power,ideology,and then discusses some basic theoretical issues involved in ideological discourse right/authority,such as the relationship between consciousness and language,ideology and discourse,discourse and power.On this basis,the essence of ideological discourse right/authority is revealed from the ontological dimension of ideology rather than the subject dimension.It is pointed out that ideological discourse right/authority is not only a discourse right or discourse power,but also discourse authority generated by ideological discourse system.It further distinguishes the similarities and differences between ideological discourse right/authority and construction of mainstream ideological discourse right/authority.The fifth chapter mainly expounds the value of the Communist Party of China's ideological discourse right/authority construction from the perspectives of political parties,countries and nationalities.From the perspective of political party,the construction of mainstream ideological discourse right/authority is related to the consolidation of our party's ruling legitimacy and the improvement of long-term governance ability.From the perspective of country,the construction of mainstream ideological discourse right/authority is related to the ideology security of our country.From the perspective of nation,the construction of mainstream ideological discourse right/authority is related to the cohesiveness and centripetal force of our nation.At the same time,it is pointed out that the Chinese Communist Party should follow four principles in strengthening the construction of ideological discourse right/authority.The sixth chapter mainly proposes the path of the Communist Party of China's ideological discourse right/authority construction from five aspects: from the theoretical dimension,we should push theoretical innovation of Marxist on the basis of practice;from the value dimension,we should deepen the cultivation of the socialist core values;from the discourse dimension,we should improve the expression and dissemination of mainstream ideology discourse;from the other dimension,we should strengthen the tracking research and theoretical criticism of various non-Marxist and anti-Marxist social thoughts;from the body dimension,we should strengthen the Ideology Work Talents Team building.
