The Central Political Newsletter was run by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)between 1926 and 1929.It was the mouthpiece of the CPC Central Committee at that time.As a central authority publication,it has a very close relationship with the Chinese revolution. It shows the great course of the early Chinese Communists’ initial exploration of the basic road of the Chinese revolution. It presents the hardships, twists and turns that the early Chinese Communists explored in the construction of the Party, armed struggle, land revolution and land construction. It reflects the general trajectory of the changes in the line, principles and policies of the Communist Party of China during this period. It truly records the differences and disputes between the Chinese Communists on the road to revolution, records the work of the Party under the influence of the "Left" wrong thought, and preserves a large amount of real historical data. Therefore,it is of great significance to study The Central Political Newsletter and the early exploration of the Chinese revolutionary path by the Communist Party of China. The Central Political Newsletter records the establishment of the policy of the independent leadership of the Communist Party of China in the armed struggle, the communist party’s reliance on the armed struggle, the debate and exploration on whether to raise the Kuomintang flag, and the policy towards the Bandit Party.Armed struggle has become a new means and a new beginning of the Chinese Communist Party’s exploration of the new road of the Chinese revolution, the armed forces preserved after the riots have become the foundation of the people’s army under the control of the Party, providing experience for the construction of the people’s army, and the rioting team is the propaganda team and seeder of the Party, which has expanded the influence of the Party and promoted the development of the Party organization. The team retained after the armed uprising was an important force and guarantee of the construction of the land revolution and the base, and was the basis for the survival and development of the Communist Party of China at that time. The armed struggle at this stage has insufficient understanding of the long-term nature of the Chinese revolution, overemphasizing the peasants’ uprising and ignoring the military force. Before the Agrarian Revolution, the Communist Party of China put forward anumber of programs on land issues. The Central Political Newsletter published the Chinese Communist Party’s criticism of the land policy and the determination of the policy of the land revolution before the August 7th Conference, and recorded the changing land platform of the Central Committee after the Land Revolution,as was the exploration of land confiscation objects, the exploration of the land division standards of landlords, and the exploration of land distribution methods. The land revolution under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has been an open event in The history of China for thousands of years, reducing the burden on farmers, promoting the development of rural productivity, promoting the development of rural areas, stimulating the revolutionary enthusiasm of the peasants, expanding the influence of the Party, and laying the foundation for the creative development of the land revolution in line with the reality of the Chinese revolution. However, there are also premature proposals for the concept of "land ownership to the State",inappropriate time to put forward "confiscation of all land" and "prohibition of the sale of land" and other issues. The Central Political Newsletter recorded a large number of armed riots across the country. After the riots, some of the armed forces turned to big cities, and some turned to remote areas in rural areas. However, they eventually turned into rural areas and became the workers and peasants revolutionary army and the workers and peasants. The initial power has also become an important guarantee for the establishment of the Soviet regime and the establishment of revolutionary bases. The Central Political Newsletter recorded the exploration of the Chinese Communist Party’s establishment of the Soviets in the central cities and recorded the establishment of rural revolutionary bases such as Hailufeng and Jinggangshan. The establishment of the Soviet regime and the revolutionary base at this stage opened the great exploration of the new path of the Chinese Communist Party revolution;it is the starting point for the China’s revolution must be under the leadership of proletariat, and that it must be achieved by using rural areas to encircle the cities and by armed struggles. However,at this stage, the Central Committee of the Communist Party overemphasized the establishment of Soviets and bases in large cities and insufficient understanding of the importance of establishing revolutionary bases in rural areas. The Central Political Newsletter published the early exploration of the Chinese revolutionary road by the Chinese Communist Party during the turning of theChinese revolution. This kind of exploration has both achievements and incomplete and imperfect issues. This also precisely reflects the characteristics of the Chinese Communists’ exploration of the Chinese revolutionary road during the turning period. The early exploration of this stage was the starting point for China’s revolution must be under the leadership of proletariat, and that it must be achieved by using rural areas to encircle the cities and by armed struggles.
