Research On Xi Jinping's Important Thoughts On Youth Work

After the successful conclusion of the 18th national congress,general secretary Xi Jinping has paid great attention to the cultivation of youth,which is also a fine tradition of our party.In this special time of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,he has put forward a series of new propositions with strategic significance in this field as well,and all of them constitute Xi Jinping’s view of youth.His thought not only explains the scientific understanding of the nature and characteristics of youth,we can also find the comprehensive understanding of the historical role and realistic influence of them.What’s more,it profoundly answers a lot of questions,like how the youth movements be carried out?Which aspect should the youth develop toward?What kinds of youth should we cultivate and how to train them.Besides these,it also introduce a whole string of views focusing on some operability problems,like what’s the system mechanism of youth work and how does that be functional.Xi jinping thought on youth work is an important part of Xi Jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,a theoretical consideration of the main interests and development of youth groups,and a concrete action guide for contemporary young people in realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The basic idea of this paper is to start from the general theory of youth work,analyzing the basic framework of view about youth.Based on that,we can comprehensively summarize the content of Xi’s thoughts about youth work and analyze its internal basic logic and structural features,then finally got a systematically grasp about the content of Xi’s thought about youth work on the whole.The emphasis of holistic view in this processes significant in national development affairs,and the two-way interaction relationship between education and political has been straightened out.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the cultural source of Xi Jinping’s youth work thought.From the time of educated youth,Xi Jinping paid attention to the study of traditional culture,until now.Xi Jinping paid attention to traditional culture,which was reflected in Xi Jinping’s youth work thought.Xi youth work has a profound cultural accumulation,he found the standard about moral value for young people from the traditional culture,he also found the social significance of practical activities,found the right promising direction,the spirit of power and the requirements of innovation for youth,Xi’s youth work thought not only inherits the essence of Chinese traditional culture,but also pays attention to the innovative development and creative transformation of it.It requires young people to be the communicators of Chinese culture with other countries,to enhance cultural confidence and spread Chinese civilization.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the formation and development process of youth work thought from the practice of Xi Jinping’s growth.From the seven years of learning in northern Shaanxi and the grassroots practice in Zhengding Ningde,to the central government,practice in Shanghai and Zhejiang.Xi Jinping’s experience and practice have accumulated a lot of resources for his young people’s work thoughts.Xi Jinping thought on youth work has been gradually putting in to practice and forming a scientific,systematic theory about young people work with Chinese characteristics.On the basis of summarizing the guiding significance,the sixth chapter mainly discusses how to implement Xi Jinping’s youth work thoughts and the path choice of promoting the innovative development of youth work in practice.
