Research On The Influence Of Emotional Motivation On Public Behavior Decision In Group Public Emergencies

China is in a crucial historical period of social transformation and changing.All kinds of contradictions and problems have become increasingly prominent,the group public emergencies caused by these problems are characterized by high frequency,wide fields,large scale,extreme ways and behavior evolution more and more complex.Emergencies easily lead to changes in public sentiment,Sentiment can spread and infect each other between individuals or groups.Irrational behavior such as petitions for illegal rally,demonstrations,mobbing and protest,strikes is caused by the negative emotions easily.These actions seriously disrupt the social order,endangering the personal safety of the citizens and the security of property.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the influence mechanism between the public behavior decision-making and public emotion in group public emergency,ensuring that the relevant government departments intervene in public sentiment in time,and effectively control the irrational behavior of the public and the wanton evolution of the situation,which has become a huge challenge for the administrative departments and research workers that our administrative departments and research workers are facing.The paper combines the theory and empirical studies,using the methods of literature searching,questionnaire designing,structural equation,RDEU model,eye tracking technology and Event-related potential technology.From the macro level to the micro level,step by step deeply the influence mechanism of emotional motivation on decision-making of public behavior in the context of group public emergency in China.Firstly,from a macro perspective,we use the structural equation modeling method,combining the related theories and research results to construct the conceptual model of multi-factor impact of group emergencies emotion and decision-making.We confirm the emotional factor variables and behavioral decision variables,as well as the inevitable factor variables of the event government credibility,media intermediaries,for the structural model of the latent variable through the questionnaire designing.After validating the rationality of the questionnaire and the validity of the data,the structural equation model is built on the basis of the data.Further,the paper analyzes statically the direct and indirect influences of the emotional factors and inevitable factors on the behavioral response decision.A preliminary determination of the influence of emotion and other necessary factors on public behavior decision under sudden events is provided to support for the evolution analysis of the latter.Secondly,the paper analyzed the evolutionary impact of group public emergencies on the behavior of emotional motivation decision-making.Based on the RDEU game model,the necessary factors in the previous chapter are mapped into the game model.Meanwhile,the emotional motivation theory based on the emotional motivation direction is added to the model.The parameter hypothesis is constructed after considering the strength of group incidents in the valence rank dependent expected utility game model,through the discussion of game strategy equilibrium solutions the dynamic analysis of the emotional motivation,direction is how to influence the strategy decision strength of group behavior under the background of the group public emergencies.Thirdly,from the micro perspective,an eye movement analysis of the impact of emotion motivation on behavior decision-making under group public emergencies is carried out.We use the eye movement tracking technology of cognitive neuroscience scientific experiment method,adding the population size of external variables to the experiment.Based on the theory of emotional motivation,combined with the results of the game analysis,we design experiment 1 on the influence of different emotional motivation direction on decision-making process of public behavior,and experiment 2 on the influence of emotional motivation intensity on public decision-making under the same emotional motivation.Through the comprehensive analysis of the related data of the behavioral decision making data and eye movement test results(fixation time,fixation times,etc.),we can reveal the psychological mechanism of public behavior decision under group public emergencies.Further,the paper analyzes the neural mechanism of the influence of emotion motivation on behavior decision-making under group public emergencies.We use the eventrelated potential of the cognitive neuroscience experiment method,considering the emotional motivation direction and motivation intensity at the same time,and designing the ERPs experiment of emotional motivation direction and emotional motivation intensity.Through the comprehensive analysis of the data of the behavioral decision results of the subjects and the EEG data in the amplitude and latency of the related components of the brain,we explore the brain processing process of emotion on decision making and reveal the neuro-physiological mechanism of emotion-motivated public decision-making on emergencies behaviorally and neurally.Finally,combining with the previous results of static and dynamic studies conducted at the macro level and the results of psychological and neurological mechanisms conducted at the micro level,based on the reality of social development in China,we put forward the "Prevention-Monitoring-Guidance-Control-Stability" management system.The prevention and control of public sentiment after mass public emergency is the key content of group public emergencies.We could put forward the problems that should be paid attention to in the emotional intervention of mass unexpected public events from the government level,the media level and the public emotion specificity level.
