Land is a political issue.This paper is an ideal exploration of "land politics".Different from the deconstruction path of the property right paradigm and based on the internal process and extension of collective land system practice,this paper tries to explain the path and mechanism of land politicization and reveals the deep foundation and evolutionary logic of grassroots political order,so as to answer the basic question of how the good governance order of complex grassroots society can be possible.Land is the starting point of politics.In the view of the village,the land is the object of peasants' production and daily life.In the practical relationship between farmers and land,the village society realizes reproduction,and the social life of land gradually unfolds.The land and the village form the ontological relation,and present as the land order.The land order not only absorbs and precipitates the political content of village life,but also needs to face and respond to the realization of the land value in use,so it is associated,public and dynamic.The land order defines the relationship between the farmers and the collective,the state and the market,and endowed with a strong political heritage.Along with the practice context of the collective land system,the politicization of the land reconstructs the reproduction mechanism of grass-roots social order and exceeds the original meaning of the land.The politicization of land not only activates the village society through political process,but also integrates it into the national political control and market rediscover the political nature of the land,which is based on the dialectical thinking of good governance at the grass-roots level.This is the fundamental way to reverse the political imbalance and build a good governance at the grassroots level.
