Mao Zedong's educational thoughts on ethnic minority cadres generated in the joint action of four dimensions theoretical resources about Marxist views of nationalism and e ducation,Chinese traditional education thought,western education thought and contempor ary Chinese educators' thought.Therefore,it is possible to present the complexity and di versity of the ideological origin of Mao Zedong's thoughts from the side face and put fo rward new requirements for some kind of interdisciplinary knowledge and background th at Mao Zedong Institute should possess.And review from the practical level,it also gen erated in the macro social and,historical background which intertwined the aspects about the complexity of the national composition of China since ancient times and the particu larity of the existence of ethnic minorities,especially the particularity of the way and th e level of education and the salvation proposition of the Chinese nation as a whole in modern times.Although the specific solutions and measures to solve the problem had alr eady lost their own value with the theme of the times changing,but the fundamental me thodology and the true spirit rooted in it will never out of date,they still profoundly aff ect all aspects about the theory and practice of ethnic minority cadres in subtle ways in today's socialist China.The embryonic form of Mao Zedong's educational thoughts on ethnic minority cadre s was constructed and developed in the revolutionary movement.Especially in the proces s of the Long March,the revolutionary ranks frequently passed the minority areas,the C CP began to encounter national problems and contradictions,which impelled Mao Zedon g and the communists of China to explore and think the particularity of ethnic minoritie s and the necessity of strengthening the education and guiding of ethnic minorities to tra in cadres who can link the CCP and the ethnic minorities.In the flames of war,the ulti mate goal of Mao Zedong's educational thoughts on minority cadres is to dialogue and i nteract with the ethnic minorities through the intermediary of ethnic minority cadres,so as to fully understand the revolutionary situation and the trend of social development,fu rther to stimulate the hidden forces among the ethnic minorities and strengthen revolution ary team of the CCP to win the final victory of the revolution.The choice of education al objects,the selection of educational content,or the continuous development of educati onal forms and paths and the final formation,are all carried out around the educational goal.In this period,the education of ethnic minority cadres is relatively simple both in form and content.Literacy education and general education account for a large proportio n.The ultimate goal of education is very clear and relatively simple,and its political di mension is more prominent.With the arrival of the socialist construction period,Mao Ze dong continued exploring to deepen and perfect the theoretical system of educational tho ughts on ethnic minority cadres in practice.As the international and domestic environme nt profoundly changing,the main task of the Chinese nation changed from the revolution into the building.As a result,various types of education operation mode also underwen t tremendous changes,especially,the content and target system of the education of mino rity cadres are vastly different from revolutionary years.The form of minority cadre educ ation gradually matures,the scale of education institutions gradually expands and step int o the right track.Moreover,under the premise that the political line of ethnic minority c adres is correct,the requirements of professional and technical ability and management ta lents are continuously improved,because the aim of ethnic minority cadres' education at this time is to enhance the unity,mutual assistance,mutual promotion and common deve lopment.The reason we continue to back and discuss Mao Zedong is that he is not only a s hining political star and ideological tutor of China in 20 century,but also the spiritual p illar and source of strength in today's socialist construction of China.Based on the curre nt situation of ethnic minority cadres and the status quo of various ethnic issues,the mu ltidimensional contemporary Rethink of Mao Zedong's educational thoughts on ethnic mi nority cadres is the ultimate destination of exploring about the theory and practice of M ao Zedong's ethnic minority cadres' education.Under the circumstances of affirming the great contribution of Mao Zedong's educational thoughts on ethnic minority cadres and profoundly analyzing and summarizing the transcendent dimensions implied in it,to reth ink the several dimensions of the theory and practice of Mao Zedong's ethnic minority cadres' education.Especially on the basis of analyzing the history of practice mistakes a nd the roots deeply inside it,to profoundly dig the content existed in Mao Zedong's ed ucational thoughts on ethnic minority cadres but profoundly surpassed itself,which is the re-presence of it:the national characteristics are an important reference of theory and pr actice about ethnic minority cadres' education,pay Attention to the role of ethnic minorit y language learning and using in the Practice of ethnic minority cadres' education,impro ve the education system of ethnic minority cadres to ensure the continuity and relative st ability of policies and strengthen the Interaction between ethnic minority cadres' educatio n and the construction of anti-corruption in ethnic minority areas.
