The Research On The Way Of Human Existence Of The Information Age

Any major theoretical problem originates from major practical problems,and any major practical problem contains major theoretical problems.In recent years,information technology has brought great changes to human society,making the information age a hot topic in various disciplines.However,many of these research results have unclear definition of the concept of the information age,which is often confused with the Internet age,new media age,digital age and other concepts.Due to the frontier,interconnectedness and practicability of digital,information,Internet and new media technologies,people pay more attention to the interaction between such theoretical research and reality,while ignoring the theoretical dilemma of concepts.The reason for this dilemma is that the theoretical systems of various disciplines disagree on the way to define the era.Why is our age the Information age? How does information technology construct the zeitgeist? In the field of philosophy research,especially in the field of Marxist philosophy research,the grasp of The Times cannot be limited to the common sense and temporal division of people with different living conditions in various historical periods.Marx said,"The distinction between economic ages lies not in what is produced,but in how it is produced and with what means of Labour it is produced.The means of labor is not only a measure of the development of the human labor force,but also an indicator of the social relations through which labor proceeds.This paper takes this as the main line,in the first chapter confirms the concept connotation of the information age,that is,to take information as labor data to produce,and to take the internal logic of information as the core to carry out the practice of production.Different from sociology and communication studies,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the information age in the theoretical system of philosophy,from "the association of free men" to "the remodeling of space-time concept",from "the evolution of rationality and authority" to "the informatization of man",which makes a clear theoretical boundary for the subsequent research.Another theoretical pain point in the study of the way of being in the information age is the understanding of the way of being.Existence itself is a relatively abstract concept,and the usual research path is to materialize the existence mode as the sum of people’s lifestyle,thinking mode and world prospect.This approach to understanding seems to be compatible,but there is often a lack of internal logical communication between the concept plates.Marx has made a specific interpretation of the existence mode of human beings under the condition of market economy: the independence of human beings based on the dependence of things.The information age is born out of the industrial age and the market economy,which to some extent is the reconstruction of the independence of people and the dependence on things.Therefore,this paper intends to continue the research on the existence mode of human in the information age along the path provided by Marx,so as to investigate how the independence of human in the information age was established and how the dependence on things is different from that in the industrial age.This paper finds two practical approaches for this research: the reform of people’s practice mode and the reform of social relations in the information age.Marx said: "the data of labor is not only a measure of the development of human labor force,but also an indicator of the social relations through which labor is carried out." The second chapter of this paper focuses on the subject of labor data as a measuring device for the development of human labor force,and examines how information,as a new labor data,leads to the reform of human practice mode and thus promotes the development of labor force.The third chapter takes "the labor data is the indicator of the social relations that labor carries on" as the clue,examines the social relations reform,the social system reform and the civilization form reform in the information age.This paper in the second chapter and the third chapter analogy the replacement of agricultural civilization,industrial civilization and complete its people’s existing way of the industrial age of remodeling process,at the same time points out that the information technology revolution broke through the development of science and technology upgrading paradigm,through the real and the virtual,the border of thinking and existence,continuation in virtual space and building the social order and rules,to build a social forms and social systems provide the diversity of real authority control,provides the technological control and the possibility of technology alienation.In the information age,the way of human existence not only depends on the production practice in the real world,but also extends to the construction of political and economic order in the virtual network,digital and symbolic space and the form of networking social communication.The virtualization of information technology and symbolization in weakening the relationship between time and space of the real world way,provides a more liberal,more low barriers to entry,more virtual screen and expression mechanism of social contact,forming a virtual world and real world influence each other new forms of social interaction,make people have multiple identities and the characteristics of virtual reality interaction.This kind of reform makes people’s subjectivity difficult to place themselves,and it is impossible to see whether this is people’s self-liberation or self-alienation.Because it directly leads to the virtualization and symbolization of the order of the virtual network space in the information age,and brings problems and challenges to the development of the real society.It includes the impact and weakening of irrational impulse on the network environment and social rules in reality,the formation of new political and economic order control in the cyberspace by instrumental rationality and symbol alienation,and the dual control of capital logic over the real world and the network world.In 1848,Marx and Engels put forward the judgment of "the transformation from history to world history" in the Manifesto of the Communist Party,and information technology played an important role in the transformation process.In the fourth chapter,this paper discusses the deep integration of information technology and people’s material life,social communication and social system in content and form,and points out that,as the product and successor of industrial civilization,people in the information age should be in an unprecedented state of independence.This kind of independence first gets rid of the dependence on the necessary material data to maintain its survival,and then shows the dependence on the culture,spirit,ethics and other special things with information technology as the carrier.This special dependence relationship changes from the dependence between subject object and subject in the industrial age to the dependence between subject object and subject.This mediation is not only the virtual object carried by information technology,but also the virtual network itself.This paper then discusses the possibility that this new way of being may give birth to a new form of human civilization.It requires us to reflect on the form and essence,value and significance of human subjectivity.In the information age,it is necessary to examine the existence mode of the reshaped people from the large scale of human civilization,and then to accept and lead this change.These include: reflecting on maintaining human value rationality in the binding of technological rationality,coping with the mass psychology and irrational forces in the real world and the virtual world,and more importantly,reflecting on the hope and possibility of new media for transcending the fear of technological determinism and breaking out of the control of industrial civilization.The historical reflection on the existence mode of human beings in the information age requires us to consider the transformative influence of the development of production technology on the development of society and civilization form from the dual dimension of the subject and object of human beings in history.In the tension of technical reason and value reason,we should look at the influence of technical reason and alienation logic on the form of social communication,so as to make the development of information technology serve people and make the new mode of production,political system and civilization form of human society subject to the historical main line of people’s free and comprehensive development.
