In the process of analyzing the origin,development stage,development crisis and development of human society,Marx and Engels profoundly explained the problems and the relation of labor,power and capital,criticized the contradiction between labor and capital under the capitalist private ownership and the function of power in it,and revealed that the development of these three is related to the realization of human's free and all-round development.In contemporary times,with the development of economic globalization,the crisis of modernization development is more and more prominent.The development of labor,power,capital and the contradictions between them have undergone profound changes,such as,power democracy and capital corrosion,capital production and value sharing,labor innovation and productivity development,materialization of the world and human-oriented value,and many other contradictions become the bottleneck of social development at the same time to further build a new development prospects.Therefore,the study of labor,power and capital is particularly important.The first chapter briefly summaries labor,power,capital and its relations in historical materialism,and studies the development of labor,power and capital and their mutual relations with the transformation of space-time.In the former capitalist period,labor,power and capital came into being successively,which is the three key elements of social development.Labor is the decisive factor in the process of transformation from ape to man,and it is also the historical starting point of social development.The labor makes a certain social relationship between people,thus prompting the generation of power to maintain this social relationship.With the development of the slave society and feudal society,power has become the tool of class domination,its role has been strengthened,and seriously constrained the people's productive life.The emergence of capital has become a force to break the shackles of power.The establishment of capitalist system makes the three obtain unprecedented development,and promote the accumulation of social wealth.The expansion of capital logic,the combination of property power and political power builds a capitalist community.The social history has been into a higher stage.But in the premise of private ownership production,the value of human being is neglected,and the non moral and unjust of power in the alienated labor realm make the limit of social historical development come forward.However,any thing will be at any time and anywhere in the historical conditions of the transfer.The capitalist period of labor,power and capital situation will also develop with the development of social history.Marx gave a forward-looking orientation to the development and social conception of labor,power and capital in the post-capitalist period.In the spatial distribution,from the Chinese semi-colonial and semi-feudal Society to the founding of New China and to the development stage of reform and opening up,the movement of labor,power and capital are different from the West.The reasons contain the cultural and historical background,the domination of the social development structure,and the mode of social operation.At present,based on the globalization and modernization of the social development of the future,China and the West have some common sense of enlightenment in the ideas of development,mechanisms of coordination and the construction of subjectivity.The second chapter analyzes the development logic of labor,power and capital on the perspective of development philosophy.The development of labor,power and capital is not only independent but also interrelated.In the Ontology development logic,rationalism regards power operation as the best manifestation of rational use,but the social schema which constructed by the rational dynamic theory centered on the power control is only the speculative result in the mind and the illusion above the real life itself.The development of human and society should be based on the production and life of material materials,with economic growth as the prerequisite for development.Capital is a powerful impetus to the economic growth of modern society,but it is not sufficient condition for the development and progress of the society.Therefore,only the theory of power domination and the theory of capital expansion cannot be the leading logic of social development.The human society which based on harmonious labor relations is the sustainable development.In the logic of formal development,labor,power and capital experience from separation to union,from single to pluralism,from entity to virtual evolution,which accelerates the flow and turnover of capital,the innovation of traditional labor mode and the enlargement of power field.In the Dialectical development logic,social development is a dynamic process of a comprehensive system.Labor,power and capital have their own development and operation Law,but they are not Single-dimension's own movement,but as the power of social sustainable development,develop in the dialectical contradictory movement and trend,and follow the unification of rationality and value.The third chapter examines the development crisis of labor,power and capital under capital logic on natural view.Social development is the process of natural history.Nature and human practical activities have inseparable close relations.Therefore,the development of labor,power and capital must be inspected from the nature,exploring the relationship between man and nature and the relationship between man and man in the deepening understanding of “nature”,so as to profoundly understand and reflect on the development of the three and the construction of natural landscape.The study of the nature category was based on the observation of experience,and entered into the construction of rational logic in modern times.However,rational logic is speculative activity,and not the realistic view of nature.The effect of labor,power and capital in the relationship between man and man also affects the relationship between man and nature.The capital logic ignores the natural value,and the privatization of power and the alienation of labor in the capital logic further lead to the natural crisis of the separation of subject and object,and become the hidden danger of social sustainable development.Therefore,we should return to the essence of social development,based on the perceptual labor practice of human reality,which we solve the abstract rational logic cognition of “nature” on the one hand,and on the other hand,to examine nature from the historical dimension,we can reveal the veil of “eternal Natural law” in capitalist society,expose the power under the capital logic and the anti-humanity and anti-nature of alienated labor,carry out the positive sublation of capitalist private ownership,and release the power public and the essential power of human beings,ushered in the completion of the naturalism and humanitarianism,namely the Communist society.The fourth chapter studies the value purport of labor,power and capital development.Social history is generated in the transformation and development of human beings,which is the double affirmation of human being's subject status from the reality and theoretical logic.And it is the value basis and core of human being to judge the social existence.Therefore,power and capital are the products of human labor,and their operation and development can not be separated from the participation of the main body and the drive of the value demand.In the development of capital logic,the value of social development refers to the dependence of the object and Non-human development,the man in the labor alienation,power regulation and training in the society into multiple dilemmas,manifested as self and other,rational and practical,individual and class contradictions.We should fix “Human” concept from the “real individual”,from the man of the actual encounter and development of the fate of the new,in order to realize the ultimate significance of the existing social change in the realistic production movement,which the body from the region to the world,from alienation to self corroboration,from one-way to all-round development.The fifth chapter studies the development and contemporary construction of labor,power and capital in China.The development of labor,power and capital has its special spatio-temporal orientation,facing the development of the whole social history,China in the face of the global background has gradually integrated into the tide of globalization.But China is a socialist country,we take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The contemporary construction of labor,power and capital cannot imitate the western capitalist model.We must base on China's basic national conditions,value criteria,strategic approach and strategic objectives in visual threshold,and use the scientific methods of theory and practice,rules and objectives,the whole and focus,goals and means.In China's reality,by optimizing the power structure,we establish the good governance model of rigid-flexible and economic highlighting the public nature of power,so that public power to become a fair adjustment of labor,capital contradictions of the balance;we improve the basic economic system,and dialectically use the capital innovation logic,so that capital in the regulation of civil rights as an economic means to play wealth to create vitality;by harmonizing labour relations,we innovate the means of distribution and drive the development strategy of labor talents.In a word,we should grasp the system and synergy and the combination of purpose and regularity of labor,power,capital reform and development in the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.We make the development of the three not only reflect the particularity of the country,but also conform to the universal law of Development,not only follow the law of social sustainable development,but also fully inspire human initiative,to promote the realization of human freedom and all-round development of the ultimate value goal.
