From the 90s last century,American scholar Manuel Custer predicted that the Internet society is about to rise for about 30 years,Structural changes have taken place in the human life scene.under the circumstance that the concept and connotation of network culture and network society need to be further deepened,the deep integration of information technology and modern society represented by AI has promoted the new inherent characteristics and Growth Logic of network culture and network society.Under the impetus of artificial intelligence,The network society has changed from the initial information sharing to the deep data mining,Network communication has changed from the initial virtual concealment to the limited transparency.The network survival has changed from the initial online experience to the virtual practice,and the network power has changed from the initial pursuit of network influence to the network control power.The Growth Logic of the network society is shifting from the network dominated to the intelligence dominated.The mode of production,the way of life,the way of communication,the concept of value and the spirit of culture are also undergoing profound changes.Marx pointed out that the difference between all kinds of economic era is not about what to produce,but how to produce(how technology is shown)and what labor data to be produced.As a new social pattern,virtual society has its locality,stages and particularity,and technological progress is its direct motive.In examining the relationship between technology and culture,we can clearly see that every revolutionary progress of science and technology will bring cultural prosperity and development,and every revolutionary cultural innovation will also lay an important ideological foundation for the next round of technological progress.The cultural interpretation and cultural observation of the virtual society are the important foundations of the virtual society governance and the rational construction and growth of the virtual society in the future.In the perspective of cultural philosophy,the author will be defined as virtual culture exists in virtual society,the content of the intrinsic spirit of the times or the national spirit,value orientation,ethics system,customs and norms constitute a relatively stable lifestyle,virtual culture should become the virtual social dominant culture pattern,the cultural development is the source of power the inherent characteristics of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,technological progress and the hidden is the fusion of social criticism and the spirit of innovation in the depth of the subject and object of survival beyond the realistic foundation of the reality life.In the interlacing,collision and integration of real social life style and virtual social life style,virtual culture will play a very important role in promoting social transformation and human modernization in China.The construction process of rational virtual society is also a process of transformation and reconstruction of norms and values in virtual society.In the meantime,practice rationality,contract spirit and honesty and friendliness should become the value orientation behind behavior performance.As the construction of the future social evolution system of virtual society,we should start from the institutional framework of contractual rationality,and gradually transition to a society with perfect legal system and common value spirit.The current system construction should first free development of the security system,the second is to control the system of technological progress,again is self correcting,correcting system constraints of the government and individual and platform rectification;the last is the accountability responsibility system according to benefit from.Virtual society involves the operation of the world and the life of the global citizens in the same virtual world.The cultural mode of virtual society has its universality and individuality.For a country’s virtual society,the leading culture should be the unity of cultural consciousness and cultural self based on its national conditions,the unity of cultural nationality and cultural era,and the unification of cultural inheritance and cultural innovation.Culture that does not consider the economic base and national conditions,historical traditions,and social structures can never be an option for the construction of virtual culture.Under the coexistence system of virtual world,we should have a deeper cognition of virtual sovereignty and virtual freedom,and construct the coping principles of virtual social governance based on this.
