| Objective:Chronic kidney disease is one of the common diseases that seriously endangering human health.Given the increasing incidence of chronic kidney disease globally,there is a general lack knowledge on the prevention and treatment of the disease.Renal diseases usually initiate in a concealed manner,progresses slowly,is prolonded,and eventually kidney failure develops.Therefore,finding a diagnosis at the early stage of the disease and effective treatment are basic ways to reduce the prevalence of chronic kidney disease.Primary kidney Lung disease in Tibetan medicine belongs to chronic kidney disease.Understanding the syndrome classification and syndrome distribution of primary kidney Lung disease can delay other critical kidney diseases.Tibetan medicine has unique views on the early diagnosis and precise treatment of primary kidney Lung disease.On the one hand,it combines the onset factors of the prostrate mechanism and on the other hand,it integrates the physiological structure of the kidney and the relationship between the organs to the other organs Targeted and treated according to syndrome differentiation.Despite the confusing overview of the clinical manifestations of primary kidney Lung disease by the Tibetan Medicine "Four Tantras",it is for this reason that I clarify the differences in the pathogenesis and syndrome distribution characteristics of the left and right kidneys on both sides under different genders Combined with clinical research and inductive syndrome classification,the diagnosis and treatment strategies for various kidney diseases,mainly primary kidney Lung disease,in Tibetan medicine clinical practice and standard operation are improved.Method:Method 1:Using the literature research method as a guide,systematically compare the syndrome elements of the kidney physiological function structure,visceral genus relationship,and Lung pathological mechanism clarified in the literature of the Tibetan Medicine Ancient Books of the Four Tantras of Tibetan medicine.Syndrome classification of insufficiency nephropathy,and inductive analysis.Method 2:Based on investigation and research methods,according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of Tibetan medicine,and the rule of exclusion and inclusion,the data of more than 420(N1=97;N2=323)patients in the subject were collected for statistical analysisResults:The thesis is divided into two chapters to conduct a deep research on the distribution of the syndrome of primary kidney Lung disease in Tibetan medicine and its symptomatic treatment strategies.The first chapter of Tibetan medicine believes that the kidney started in the 12th week of pregnancy and finally at the 24th week.Its size and shape are consistent with its own auricle,and formed marrow for the ear and main bone in the orifice.Due to the relationship between the viscera and the other orgains,the kidney and bladder are superficial and interior thus,which belong to the functional area of the urinary system,so they are responsible for filtering impurities in body fluids,and finally produce urine to be discharged from the body through the urethra.Therefore,the main development,growth and reproduction.The research indicates that the relationship between the left and right kidney organs on both sides and the viscera genus is also different from that of men and women.And also,the syndrome elements of primary kidney Lung disease are tinnitus and deafness.In addition,the stage of the disease is different.Occurrence of oliguria in the early stage and development of polyuria in the middle stage.If it is not properly treated in time,many complications will be caused immediately in the later stage such as hernia,diabetes,kidney failure,etc.Therefore,preliminary construction of a clinical practical model of syndrome differentiation treatment strategy for primary kidney Lung disease,sorting out the regularity of compatibility of commonly used prescriptions with primary kidney Lung disease as the main kidney diseases,and actively developing Tibetan herbal medicines to lay the ideological foundationThe second chapter studies the precise application of the pulse diagnosis of Tibetan medicine in gynecological diseases and the identification and verification of the relationship between the organs of the viscera;collect clinical data and perform statistical analysis on the clinical manifestations of primary nephropathy.Study 1:Collected 97 female patients from the test subject and divide them into 3 groups according to the characteristics of physiological cycle,namely menstrual group,menopause group and pregnant group.Through the statistical software SPSS23.0,the Pearson chi-square test of two groups of four tables was used to compare the difference in the occurrence rate of the blood pressure index and the position pulse on both sides of each group.Results 1:1.Physiological changes in women's menstruation have no effect on the blood pressure of the arms on both sides.On the contrary,the pulse patterns on both sides of the week before and after the physiological cycle show that the abnormal rate of the right pulse is much higher than that on the disease are:1.The pulse pattern is exactly the position of bounding,scallion,and floating pulse,which can be diagnosed as kidney Lung disease.2.Urine diagnosis is not easy to diagnose;all indexes of urine routine test are normal.3.Symptoms of clinical manifestations are mostly tinnitus and deafness,waist and knee pain,chills in the lower extremities,abnormal leucorrhea,frequent urination and urgency.Among them,male patients with left kidney dysfunction have symptoms such as nocturnal emission and premature ejaculation,upset and irritability;Breast hyperplasia and other symptoms.In addition,the left kidney dysfunction is particularly rare.If the left kidney finds pathological changes,the condition will be unusual and extremely serious.Conclusion:1.The division of kidney function
