| Objective:To observe the effect of Tiaoren Tongdu Acupuncture on the side effects of chemotherapy drugs after breast cancer surgery,and to study the preventive effect of Tiaoren Tongdu Acupuncture on the side effects of the next chemotherapy,and to explore the protective mechanism of Tiaoren Tongdu Acupuncture on viscera,so as to provide new ideas and solutions for improving the quality of life of patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Method:1.259 patients who met the crnteria of enrollment were divided into digestive tract reaction group and bone marrow suppression group according to different side effects.2.The digestive tract reaction group and bone marrow suppression group were divided into waiting group,transfer Tongdu acupuncture group and placebo group by random number method according to the order of treatment.3.Waiting for the treatment group:no intervention treatment was taken.Transfer to Tongdu Acupuncture Group:Baihui,Zhongwan,Guanyuan,Qihai,Zhongji,Mingmen,Yaoyangguan,Yaoshu,once a day,10 consecutive acupuncture sessions as a course of treatment.Qihai,Guanyuan and Mingmen were supplemented,and other acupoints were supplemented and alleviated.Placebo(pseudo-acupuncture)group:Because it is a clinical study,non-acupoint stimulation was chosen as the pseudo-acupuncture placebo group.The main point of the transfer of Tongdu needling method was moved down 20 mm.The other methods of operation were the same as those of the treatment group.There was no electric stimulation(electro-acupuncture same wiring,internal wire cut without electric current passing),no sense of Qi due to needling,30 minutes,once a day,10 consecutive acupuncture sessions.For a course of treatment.4.The scores of nausea,vomiting,white blood cells and neutrophils were compared before and after treatment.5.Compare the anxiety and depression scores of all the patients before and after treatment.Compare the quality of life,liver and kidney function and tumor indexes of all the patients before and after treatment.Result:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:For patients with side effects of chemotherapy for breast cancer,there were significant differences in the treatment group and placebo group(P<0.05,P<0.01)after intervention with different methods in digestive tract group and bone marrow suppression group(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.Observation of secondary indicators.After the intervention of different methods,there was no significant difference in the improvement of anxiety and depression between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups and the treatment group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the Karl's score,liver and kidney function indexes between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tumor indicators between the transferred Tongdu acupuncture group and the placebo group and the treatment group(P>0.05).3.After the second course of chemotherapy,the digestive tract group and bone marrow depression group,which had been intervened by different methods before,had significant difference in recurrence rate between the transferred Tongdu acupuncture group and the placebo group and the treatment group(P<0.01).Secondly,in the state of anxiety and depression,the liver and kidney function index and the quality of life index were increased to the Tongdu acupuncture group,the placebo group and the treatment group.The difference was significant(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the tumor index between the transferred Tongdu acupuncture group and the placebo group and the treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical effect of Tiaoren Tongdu Acupuncture is better than that of placebo group and treatment group.Tiaoren Tongdu Acupuncture has a better effect on the side effects of digestive tract and bone marrow suppression in breast cancer patients after chemotherapy.2.Among the secondary indicators,the method of transferring Ren to Tongdu has obvious effect on improving anxiety and depression,quality of life score index and liver and kidney function index,but it has no obvious effect on slight increase of tumor indicators.3.For the prevention of side effects after the second chemotherapy,the method of transferring Ren to Tongdu has a significant preventive effect on the side effects of digestive tract and bone marrow suppression;the secondary indicators also have a better effect on anxiety and depression,liver and kidney function indicators,quality of life index,but also have no obvious effect on tumor indicators. |
