Study On The Five Zang-organs Disease Based On The Theory Of The Five-yun And Six-Qi Innate Endowment Effect Factors And Prediction Scoring System

Objective: to explore the influence of yun-qi endowment at birth and conception on the incidence tendency of acquired five viscera disease through statistical analysis of the collected medical records in hospital.Based on the innate yun-qi endowment,an individualized nomogram model was established to predict the risk of disease attack in each of the five internal organs in changchu.Methods:1.To establish hospital of jilin province on January 1,2014-2018 on December 31 days hospitalized patients and partial departments in five years of disease database.2.Medical records were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,and were classified as liver disease,heart disease,spleen disease,lung disease and kidney disease.Then five-yun and six-qi attribute transformation was performed for the date of birth and the date of conception.3.Descriptive statistics were applied to analyze the distribution of yun-qi of diseases in the five internal organs system,and the chi-square test was performed;The main yun-qi factors affecting the diseases of each system were screened out by binary Logistic regression method.R software was applied to establish the nomogram model of the disease risk of each of the five internal organs based on the results of Logistic regression multi-factor analysisResults:1.Zhu-qi at birth,Ke-qi at birth,Sitian and zaiquan at birth and Sitian and zaiquan at conception were independent risk factors for liver diseases(P<0.05).Among the influential factors,zhu-qi was Taiyang Hanshui at birth,ke-qi was Jueyin Fengmu at birth,Sitian and Zaiquan were Taiyang Hanshui Sitian(Taiyin Shitu Zaiquan)at birth,and Sitian and Zaiquan were Taiyang Shitu sishui at conception.2.Ke-qi at birth,Zhu-qi at conception and Ke-qi at conception were independent risk factors for lung diseases(P<0.05).Among them,Ke-qi was Jueyin Fengmu at birth,Zhu-qi was Jueyin Fengmu at conception and Ke-qi was Shaoyang Xianghuo at conception.3.Keqi at birth,Sitian and Zaiquan at conception were independent risk factors of renal diseases(P<0.05).Among the influential factors,Ke-qi was born Shaoyin Junhuo and Sitian and Zaiquan were conceived as Yangming Zaojin Sitian (Shaoyin Junhuo Zaiquan).4.Innate sui-yun endowment has no influence on the incidence of diseases of the five viscera system.5.The innate yun-qi endowment has no effect on the diseases of heart and spleen.Conclusion:1.According to the independent risk factors of liver diseases including Zhu-qi at birth,Ke-qi at birth,Sitian and Zaiquan at birth and Sitian and Zaiquan at conception,the nomogram model established has a certain predictive effect on the risk of liver diseases.2.According to three independent risk factors of lung diseases,namely Ke-qi at birth,Zhu-qi at conception and Ke-qi at conception,the nomogram model established has a certain predictive effect on the risk of lung diseases.3.According to the independent risk factors of renal diseases including Ke-qi at birth,Sitian and Zaiquan at conception,the nomogram model established has a certain predictive effect on the risk of renal diseases.4.The changes of Suiyun at birth and conception,that is,the changes of Tian Gan every year,will not affect the incidence of acquired wuzang disease.5.Changes in Tian Gan,Suiyun,six-qi,Sitian and Zaiquan at birth and conception had no impact on the occurrence of cardiac and splenic diseases.Heart disease,spleen disease should pay more attention to acquired healthy living habits to prevent.
