Research On The Academic Experience Of Professor Xuli's The Treatment Of Gastric Cancer Using The "Three Stages And Six Distinctions" Model From The Macro And Micro Perspectives

Objective:To explore Professor xuli academic thoughts and clinical experience in the clinical treatment of gastric cancer,based on Professor xuli 's more than 30 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer,through "Three stages and Six Distinctions" model from the macro and micro perspectives.Methods:To collect the data of fifty-nine patients with gastric cancer,analyse using regional common data processing platform Medcase V3.2 data mining system,follow by in-depth analysis on the data mining results,including frequency medicine usage,medicine channel association,drug and pathogenesis relationship,etc.,to refine the characteristics of the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer by combining macro and micro perspective consideration-Results:fifty-nine patients with gastric cancer were collected,with a total of 356 clinical sessions.Results show:1.Gender:the incidence of gastric cancer in males is higher than that in females,with a high incidence age between 60 and 69.2.Pathogenesis distribution:the highest frequency is cancer toxin resistance at 274,followed by qi and Yin deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency,stasis and toxin obstruction,cancer toxin obstruction,qi and blood deficiency,cold and heat disorders,spleen and stomach qi deficiency.Combined with the core theory and clinical experience,the core pathogenesis of gastric cancer is weakness of spleen and stomach and internal resistance of cancer toxin.3.Drug distribution:most of the tonic drugs were Taizi Shen,and most of the tonic formula were Gun Shao Liu Junzi.Other tonic drugs include Danggui,Huangqi,Hong Jing Tian,Gouqi Zi,Huangjing,Nu Zhen Zi,Shan Yu Rou.The most frequently used exogenous drugs were Baihua She She Cao,and anti-cancer medicines were Sheng Yiren,Shi Jian Chuan,Ba Qia,Pugongying,Ezhu,Mao Zhua Cao,Teng Li Gen.4.Internal association of pathogenesis:Combined with clinical analysis,the core pathogenesis of gastric cancer is spleen and stomach qi deficiency,cancer toxin and blood stasis.The pathogenesis of deficiency syndrome includes internal obstruction of blood stasis and toxin,gallbladder fire making stomach,mixed cold and fever,obstruction of collaterals by cancer toxin.The pathogenesis of deficiency syndrome is renal insufficiency and spleen insufficiency.5.Comprehensive drug internal association,K-means cluster analysis of drugs,K-means clustering analysis of pathogenesis and drugs:9 commonly used macroscopic treatment prescriptions were discovered.Nourishing spleen and stomach-Liu Junzi,Deficiency of both Qi and blood-Gui Shao Liu Junzi,Tonifying qi and blood-Danggui Bu Xue Tang,Spleen-invigorating and dampness-Shen Ling Baizhu San,Soothing the liver and regulating qi-Si Ni San,Qi Expelling and Descending-Zuo Jin Wan,Blood tonic-Si Wu Tang,Lower Body damp-heat-Danggui Bei Mu Ku shen Wan,Combination of cold and heat-Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang.Anticancer drugs:Teng Li Gen,Baihua She She Cao,Shu Yang Quan,Long Kui,Yiyi Ren,Shi Jian Chuan,Mao Zhua Cao,Ezhu,Chong Lou,Ba Qia,Bai Qu Cai.Conclusion:Through data mining combined with theoretical research,it is found that the treatment of gastric cancer in stages with the combination of macro thinking and micro thinking is more comprehensive and accurate.This treatment model is the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,macro and micro,two different theories interacting with each other to form and can guide the clinical treatment of gastric cancer,worthy of promotion and inheritance.Professor Xu li's clinical thinking is to use medicine based on Macro Syndrome differentiation,including Pathogenesis differentiation,Disease location differentiation,Deficiency and Excess differentiation,and syndrome differentiation associating syndrome combined with micro syndrome differentiation,including pathological type differentiation and indicator level differentiation.Throughout the course of the gastric cancer,the main pathogenesis is the deficiency of the spleen and stomach visceral systems,and the internal cancer toxin resistance.From the mining,taizi shen was the most frequently used tonic,common medicines are from the formula,gui shao liu junzi,also included danggui,huangqi,hong jing tian,gouqi zi,huangjing,nv zhen zi,shan yu rou.The most common eliminating pathogenic medicine was baihua she she cao and the anticancer drugs were sheng yiren,shi jian chuan,ba qia,pugongying,ezhu,mao zhao cao,teng li gen.
