The Study Of Language Of Sphygmology Of Mai Jin

As the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic method,Pulse-taking can be traced back to the pre Qin period,in the course of history,it has experienced development and change,and left a rich vein of literature."Maijing",witch written by Wang Shuhe in Wei and Jin Dynasty,is the existing first sphygmology monographs which marks that sphygmology become independent discipline,and shows a connecting academic position in the history of sphygmology.this study treats"maijing"as as the core material and make systematic study on the term of sphygmology in order to benefits study in different areas which include the history of traditional pulse theory,annotation of ancient medical books and the modern investigation of pulse objectification.This paper is divided into four main parts:The first part is the introduction,introduced the background,academic value and spreading situation of"maijing";review related research in recent years and pointed out the lack of systematic research on the term of sphygmology;further put forward the research significance and methods of this paper.The second part focus on the term of pulse manifestation,classifies the term according to the form,inductive the etymology,semantic phenomenon and evolution;makes analysis of the construction of term system built by Wang Shuhe;specially launch in-depth research to some difficult words or special terms,based above,corrections are made to the deficiencies existing in the relevant annotation or research.The third part study on the terminology of pulse taking method,mainly the term recording the body position of pulse taking.In addition to combing through the term history and investigating the same referent and the different referent,the part research the original meaning and the evolution of the "cun","guan"and"chi";propose and discuss the term phenomenon of'concept transplanting".In addition,the fingering manipulation-related term of"maijing"terminology of earlier literature development slightly,the using of term which expressing the degree of finger-pressure obviously increased.Part iv investigate the various concepts of"Yin"and"Yang"in the classical medicine literature,especially studying on the"san Yin san Yang.of the pulse change with time rhythm.
