Purpose:Through CT image data collection,build 13 to 17 year olds neck three-dimensional finite element model of 3 d model for stereo precise measurement of the space,find that age the cervical articular joints and the morphological characteristics of the hook,age change law and related disease characteristics,and then the three-dimensional model for finite element analysis of cervical vertebra,calculate the joints joints and hook tu in the anterior portion bend,stretch,left lateral flexion,left and right after rotating under the condition of stress distribution,for the clinical diagnosis and surgical treatment of related diseases to provide the anatomical theoretical foundation and finite element analysis of the data.Materials and methods:from January 2015-May 2017 more than the central region in Inner Mongolia autonomous region between tertiary hospitals image collect original youth cervical CT image data,the data in DICOM format,deriving from CT workstation load Mimics 17.0 software to build 3D models,and the joints on the model joints and hook related morphological data of measurement,statistical analysis of data,looking for growth rule.And then choose to the original CT data of 16 healthy male subjects import Mimics 17.0 software build vertebral body 3D model,the model import 3-matic Medical forward engineering software,build more satisfied with the model of the cervical intervertebral disc,and export to the STL format file,save for later use.And then to modify the articular process of cortex,keep the clearance is 1.2mm,in the corresponding position,vertebral articular process of cortical bone thickness of 0.3mm digital model,build a thickness of 0.3mm,articular cartilage and joint clearance is 0.6mm.Export the STL format file.Will import all the STL file Geomagic studio 12 intelligent software reverse engineering,surface relaxation,using the grid doctors on the individualization,module in precise surface,the optimized model is derived for the IGES file,save.IGES file into ANSYS 14.0 for assignment respectively,soft after the vertebral body,articular cartilage and intervertebral disc model,constitutes the whole model of cervical vertebra,the cervical vertebra 7 times surface node degrees of freedom is set to 0,surface loading on the cervical vertebral body 3 21 n vertical stress.The stress distribution of the joint and the hook protrusion was measured in flexion,left and right side and left and right rotation.Results:The height of joint surface,width of joint and height of joint surface increased significantly with age.There was no significant difference in the comparison between the Mongolian and the han nationality.There was no significant difference between the Mongolian nationality and the han nationality.About joint spacing with the job sequence increases the overall downward trend after rising first,articular process on the joint surface spacing between Mongolian and han ethnic group had no significant difference,but the maximum articular process under the joint surface spacing between the han nationality was in C5 or C6 segments,the Mongolian maximum in C5 segment,C6 segments each data contrast,differences between han and Mongolian.The upper part of the joint surface showed an upward trend after the decrease of the anterior segment,but the C4 of the han nationality was the minimum,the C5 of the Mongol group was the minimum,and the differences between the han and the mongolians were found in the data of each group in the C4 and C5 segments.The sagittal Angle of the upper joint was inverted "V" and the maximum of C6 segment,but there were significant differences between the han nationality and the Mongolian nationality in the C3 segment.The han nationality in the lower articulation of the joint is in a fold line,and the Mongolian is inverted "V" and the maximum value is C5 segment,but the han and Mongolian nationality are significantly different in the C6 segment.There was no statistical difference between the different age groups in the transverse Angle of the articular surface,the anterior segment decreased,the posterior segment rose,and the C4 stage showed a significant inflection point.This change trend indicates that the direction of the articular surface of the articular joint is moving from the sagittal plane toward the center of the sagittal plane toward the outside,and gradually adapts to the small joint angle of the thoracic vertebra,where C4 is the excessive middle segment.As a unique structure of human cervical vertebra,it has many limitations and protection functions.The left and right sides of the hook contain the vertebral body of the upper segment,and the distance between the hooks is the straight distance of the highest point of the two hooks.Spinal vertebral body is down,the pressure,the greater the vertebral body carries the vertebral body gradually increase the physiological phenomenon,this study measured IDUP the hook was gradually decreased with the increase of vertebral order and the result of the gradual enlargement of the basilar base was consistent with the physiological phenomena.The length of the base length in the 13 and 14 years group and 15,16 and 17 year olds may be related to the development of the second growth period.The results show that the distance between C4 and C4 is the smallest.Using 16 healthy male subjects of the original CT data to build three-dimensional finite element model of cervical vertebra,simulates the cervical flexion,lateral flexion and rotation motion,after bending forward and stretch is cervical vertebra C5-6 joints joint stress concentration,and the first part of paper joint articular surface width,and spacing,vector Angle measurement results,both for C5 or C6 for maximum.The stress of the hook increases with the increase of the sequence.Under the working condition of left lateral flexion,double side joints,joint stress curve shape is roughly same,on the left side of the bend stress is greater than the right,the right side of the bend on the left side when you are on the right side of stress is larger than the left,C5-6 joints,joint is the turning point of curve.The shape of the stress curve is approximately the same,the left stress is greater than the right side.The overall stress of the hook in the right flexion increased with the increase of vertebral order.When left and right,the stress changes in the medial articular joint are obvious,and the stress is concentrated in the joint of c5-6 joint.Conclusion:Using 3D reconstruction technology to build 1 youth cervical vertebral body 3D model,the fine structure of cervical vertebral body may be accurate measurement of three dimensional space,than usual dry bone specimens of artificial measurement,ultrasonic measurement and X-ray measurements of two-dimensional plane measurement is more comprehensive,more accurate.2.The morphology of the joint surface and hook protrusion of the cervical vertebral joint of 13-17 years old in central Inner Mongolia has obvious changes in aging and vertebral order.3.The approximate level of the joint surface of the cervical vertebra was gradually rotated outward with the increase of vertebral order,and gradually adapted to the joint surface of the thoracic vertebra,in which C4 segment was used as the middle excess.FH,FW,TA no significant difference between the Mongolian and the han nationality,but differences IFWI,IFH,SA,this phenomenon may be related to the Chinese urbanization background,the central region of Inner Mongolia Mongolian large gradually into the city to live a modern urban life and the Mongolian and the han nationality marriage phenomenon has been widespread concerned in the region.4 using three dimensional finite element method(fem)analysis the cervical articular joints and the stress distribution of the hook,after forward bends,stretch,left lateral flexion,left and right side of the rotary joints in the cases of joint stress more focused on C5,C6 segments,the stress of the hook more concentrated in the C5.This is consistent with morphological characteristics.
