The study aims are to comparatively analyze the social and governmental response and advocacy associated with AIDS and the stigma associated with HIV among China and Sub-Saharan Africa. In this context, the essential variables thus identified and their review in light of the previous, and current studies have been presented below to develop a practical, theoretical layout for the succeeding chapters, which will guide in achieving the research objective of this dissertation. The study shows the qualitative analysis of the situation of AIDS in China and Sub-Saharan African through the extensive review of literature comprising both classical and latest studies in the context. The investigation revealed that this dangerous epidemic evolved from the developing countries and then spread to the poor and less developed nations of the world. The investigation also showed that the situation of HIV is much worse in Sub-Saharan Africa than in China and thus effective and efficient response and advocacy strategies are required. Also, the study aims present both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the situation of HIV in China and Sub-Saharan Africa through the extensive review of literature comprising both classical and latest studies in the context, and also through the primary and secondary data collection followed by its statistical and quantitative analysis.Deng's Grey Incidence Analysis model revealed that Effectiveness of the Advocacy done by Sub-Saharan Africa to raise awareness on the prevention from HIV is most strongly influencing the Satisfaction of Health Care Experts from AIDS response in Sub-Saharan Africa.Followed by the Effectiveness of Government Policies to counter Stigmas associated with HIV or the patients and the Effectiveness of the Response of the selected country to combat the spread of HIV.However,in case of China, the Effectiveness of the Advocacy done by the selected state to raise awareness on the prevention of HIV is most strongly influencing Satisfaction of Health Care Experts from AIDS response. It's followed by the Effectiveness of the Response of the selected country to counter the spread of HIV and Effectiveness of Government Policies to combat Stigmas associated with HIV or the patients.Overall,in both regions,Effectiveness of the Advocacy done by the selected country to raise awareness on the prevention from HIV has the most significant influence over Satisfaction of Health Care Experts from HIV response nevertheless the intensity of impact is more significant in China than in Sub-Saharan Africa.According to Absolute Degree Grey Incidence Analysis(ADGIA)model,in Sub-Saharan Africa,Satisfaction of Health Care Experts from AIDS response is most strongly correlated to Effectiveness of the Advocacy done by the selected country to raise awareness on the prevention from HIV.Followed by Effectiveness of Government Policies to counter Stigmas associated with HIV or the patients, and Effectiveness of the Response of the selected country to counter the spread of HIV.According to Absolute Degree Grey Incidence Analysis(ADGIA)model,in China,Satisfaction of Health Care Experts from AIDS response is most strongly correlated to Effectiveness of Government Policies to counter Stigmas associated with HIV or the patients.Followed by Effectiveness of the Response of the selected country to combat the spread of HIV and Effectiveness of the Advocacy done by the selected country to raise awareness on the prevention of HIV.The study reveals that compared to Sub-Saharan African countries,China has achieved an inspiring and substantial record in fighting HIV and its strategies and approaches are considered as generally more effective. From 2004,the government of China has been able to implement policies and measures that have seen infection among different groups drastically reduced, for example, from mother to child. The country also has increasingly adopted strategies that have been founded on scientific evidence and continue to use methods that are considered controversial in Sub-Saharan Africa's nations like programs that target homosexual. In a nutshell, some of the factors that have influenced public perception of the effectiveness of HIV campaigns in China include a reduction in infection rate, use of scientific methods in fighting AIDS and the increased awareness among the populations are some the good indicators of the success of the government. The study is a pioneer in evaluating the advocacy and response strategies of China and Sub-Saharan Africa. Also,it's the first time that Grey System Theory has been used to analyze this problem.
