The Study Of The Famous Chinese Medicine Practitioner Guo Yuanfeng's Academic Thoughts And Clinical Application In His Work “Shang Han Lun”

ObjectiveThe purpose of this issue is to study the famous Qing Dynasty's Lingnan Chinese medicine practitioner Guo yuanfeng's work “Shang Han Lun”,In order to turn the clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of Guo yuanfeng Yuanfeng's “Shang Han Lun” into usability and inheritance of scientific knowledge.From the point of view of ancient literature collation and the famous expert's experience,we acquire the knowledge of clinical experience such as diseases,syndromes,symptoms,treatment methods,prescriptions and prognosis by means of total factor and standardization,and construct" disease-syndrome-theraphy-Data knowledge base,and with the aid of big data knowledge discovery method based on attribute partial order theory.To excavate and transform the knowledge data into visual,inheritable,available and innovative scientific theoretical knowledge from different aspects and perspectives,Treatise on Febrile Diseases and “Zhongjing” Treatise on Febrile Diseases”in the hope of digging Guo yuanfeng's "Shang Han Lun" completely,objectively,systematically and correctly and contributing to the inheritance and innovation of TCM theory and clinical experience.MethodsAccording to the literature “Shang Han Lun” as the data source,the research method is divided into two parts.The first part: 1)Constructing the database of “diseases,syndromes,symptoms,tongue veins,then generate partial sequence structure of disease,syndrome,symptom,tongue,pulse,cure,prescription,medicine and outcome” and realize database quality control.2)Based on Guo yuanfeng's treatise on symptoms,signs,symptoms,tongue,vein,treatment principle,prescriptions,medicines,selecting twelve kinds of illness as a comprehensive,systematic,multi-level exploration of the knowledge of Guo yuanfeng “Shang Han Lun”.3)Explain the above knowledge database and attribute partial order structure chart to complete the reliable,reasonable and meaningful knowledge discovery.The second part of this study is to compare the similarities and differences of “Shang Han Lun” worked by Guo yuanfeng and Zhong Jing from different perspectives,including the comparison of the two treatment rules and dialectical methods of similarities and differences to supplement the structure of the partial structure of the data can not be mined knowledge to provide a new perspective for the clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine.ResultsThe innovation of this research is the first time to study Guo Yuanfeng's academic thought and clinical rule of “Shang Han Lun”in a systematic,comprehensive,objective and multi-level approach.According to Guo Yuanfeng's “Shang Han-disease-syndrome-symptom-tongue-pluse-prescription-medicine-predictio n” attribute partial sequence structure map is generated,objectively,systematically discovered Guo Yuanfeng's clinical experience on the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and counted 144 prescriptions,of which 55 were Zhongjing Fang and 89 were other prescriptions(62% for Shifang and 38% for Zhongjing Fang).And from the frequency of 2 or more prescriptions Zhongjing Fang accounted for 75%,other prescriptions accounted for 25%.The order with the highest frequency is Xiaochaihutang,followed by Lizhongtang and Wudaisan.The Chaihu soups including Xiaochaihutang,Dachaihutang,and Bupleurum Shuangjieyin are the most commonly used by Guo.From the statistics,it can reflect the strong points of Guo's Boao,not only paying attention to and often using Zhongjing Fang,but also summarizing their own clinical experience and the specific conditions of Lingnan region,accumulating the time of different medical doctors,and flexibly using the economic side and the time.In addition,another innovation of this study is to compare the similarities and differences between Guo Yuanfeng's “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”and Zhong Jing's “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” for the first time.From ShangHan disease-syndrome-symptom-tongue-pulse-cure-prescription-medicine-predicti on" partial structure diagram shows that the classification of Shang Han can be summarized as Yang syndrome,Yin syndrome,exterior syndrome,interior syndrome,half exterior and half interior syndromes.Guo Shi reminded that although there full,use diaphoresis therapy.Concurrent disease of Yangming and Shaoya with symptoms of diarrhea,abdominal pain,difficult stool,pluse counting,should use diaphoresis therapy.From “Combination disease-syndrome-pluse-symptom-cure-prescription” partial structure diagram,it is shown that fever and headache are the most common symptoms.Guo Shi summed up the treatment principle of combination disease,he believes that where the Sanyang disease with channel and exterior syndromes,it should relieve Sanyang's exterior.Combined disease of Sanyin Sanyang or its heat is serious,heat clearing therapy should be used.If it still shows exterior syndromes,use scattered evil theraphy.If exterior syndromes is light but interior syndromes is serious,use reconciliation therapy.From“Cough disease-syndrome-symptom-pluse-cure-prescriptionprediction” partial structure diagram shows that heat syndrome(including typhoid fever,fever,stomach heat,lung heat,exuberance of fire syndrome)is the syndromes.From“vomiting-syndrome-symptom-cure-prescription”partial order structure diagram shows that the frequency of occurrence of ginger and radix trichosanthis was higher(6 times),followed by the Decoction,Tangerine Tangxia Decoction and Duqi Pill).Showing that Guo Shi emphasis using both of ZhongJing Fang and surrent prescriptionsFrom“Jaundice-syndrome-symptom-pluse-cure-prescription-medicineprediction”partial order structure diagram shows that the highest frequency of Artemisia capillaris appears is 15 in all the medincines.In fact,the elimination of blood stasis and yellow sweat of the appearance of deficiency,the rest of the yellowing syndrome contained capillaris,showing that capillaris is the preferred drug for jaundice.From the perspective of the assemblage's classification,yellowing can be divided into heat,cold,wetness,blood stasis and deficiency.Guo Shi's treatment varies according to the condition of the syndrome.Guo Shi mentioned six Han shiming fangs and mentioned that subsequent medication increase efficacy greatly.ConclusionThis paper combines rigorous mathematic theory with traditional classic research from the point of view of inheriting ancient books and famous experiences.Based on attribute partial order theory,As the object of study,this paper puts forward a new method of inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory that can reduce the subjective bias or omission of organizers by means of computer platform.The data to be excavated can be transformed into visualization,utilization,inheritance and innovative scientific theory.The study found that Guo Yuanfeng admired classic medical books,deeply studied Zhong Jing "Shang Han Lun",but giving many new ideas.Guo Yuanfeng's dialectics starting from the actual clinical needs,combined with the specific situation in Lingnan region,rich in dialectical means.Both Guo Yuanfeng and Zhong Jing were excellent heritage and innovators.They were using the same rule of law of during clinical.Both of them using the the “six classics dialectics” and attention to the “four ways of diagnosis”.Guo Yuanfeng learnt from the predecessors,including Zhong Jing,with his own clinical experience which using prescriptions with great flexibility.He broaden the scope,area and condition when
