Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Aidi injection in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer and its possible mechanisms,and to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:1.Search the CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed(MEDLINE),Embase,and Cochrane library through computer network from the database established to December 2017,acquire randomized controlled trials content Aidi injection treatment of non-small cell lung cancer studies.In the document management software(NoteExpress),the research on the query was reviewed,and repeated studies were deleted,and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were further followed.Meta-analysis and bias analysis were performed by using Revman software and methodological quality assessed by Cochrane Bias Risk Assessment Tools.2.The effect of Aidi injection on the morphology of adenocarcinoma A549 was observed under inverted microscope.MTT measure rejection rate.JC-1 used to detect the mitochondrial membrane potential changes.Fluorescence microscope Hoechst/PI double dye detection apoptosis.The apoptosis rate of Fitc-annexin V/PI was determined by flow cytometry.Western Blot was used to determine the expression of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway proteins and apoptotic proteins.Real-Time PCR determine apoptosis gene expression.3.Randomized controlled trial comparing Aidi injection combined pemetrexed plus carboplatin scheme with pemetrexed plus carboplatin solution after treatment in the near future curative effect,physical condition,quality of life and side effects occur,immune function and tumor markers(CA125,CA199 and CEA,CYFRA21-1),the differences between the VEGF,MMP9,cytoplasm thymidine kinase.Results:Meta-analysis included 153 randomized controlled trial,12768 participants,the results showed that the Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer could improve the clinical effective rate,improve the patients'immune function,improve the quality of life,and could reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow suppression and injury of kidney and liver function.Aidi injection with radiotherapy could also reduce the incidence of radioactive pneumonia and radioactive esophagitis.Aidi injection can affect PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.And it could lower P-PI3K?P-AKT expression and increase PTEN expression,improve the expression of activated caspase-3 and caspase-9 protein,and reduce the expression of apoptotic inhibitory protein Bcl-2 and Bcl-XL,up-regulation of apoptotic protein Bak,Bid?Bax and Bad expression.Aidi injection combined chemotherapy in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma randomized controlled trials have confirmed that Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy can improve clinical efficient,improve "cough","fever","weak" and "thirsty" and "the night sweats" of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms,enhance immunity,improve physical condition,improve the role function and overall health,reduce the incidence of white blood cells and hemoglobin to reduce,reduce the CA125 and CA199,CEA,CYFRA21-1,VEGF,MMP9,cytoplasm thymidine kinase levels.Conclusion:Aidi injection is effective and safe for non-small cell lung cancer.And aidi injection may induce apoptosis of lung adenocarcinoma A549 by PI3K/AKT pathway.In addition,addie injection combined with permetrex + carboplatin chemotherapy has a reliable effect on lung adenocarcinoma.
