The Preliminary Research On The Molecular Mechanisms Of LKB1 In Osteosarcoma

Objectives: Abnormal expression and mutation of LKB1 In many tumors.The purpose of this Research on the Molecular Mechanisms of LKB1 in osteosarcoma.in order to provide theoretical basis and new treatment for rehabilitation of limb function.Methods: Employed to identify interacting proteins for LKB1 via screening human ORF library,Immunoprecipitation was determined.Invasion,and CCK8 to detect its effect on the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells.Results: RNF8,BAP1,HERC3 were identified via yeast two-hybrid.Immunoprecipitation test was positive.RNF8 promotes the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells by regulating LKB1,and BAP1 inhibits the proliferation of osteosarcoma cells by regulating LKB1.Conclusions: RNF8 and BAP1 play a important role in the proliferation of osteosarcoma by regulating the ubiquitination of LKB1.
