Mink, fox and raccoon dog are the fur-bearing animals with high economic value. In this experiment, the epidemiological investigation of mink, fox and raccoon dog infected with canine distemper virus, parvovirus,Aleutian virus and common bacterial diseases in Weihai was carried out,and the microecological control were put forward.1.This study shows an epidemiological survey of fur animal farms in Weihai by the combination of access files, field survey and questionnaires, the existence of major diseases. The results show that the breeding stock of fur animals decrease obvious, and the proportion of farms which the breeding stock is more than 500,and the proportion of minks and foxes are about 50%,the proportion of raccoon dog is about 20%.The viral pathogens which can infect fur animals are mainly canine distemper virus, parvovirus,Aleutian virus, pseudorabies virus, fox encephalitis virus and so on,bacterial pathogens are mainly Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Salmonella,Pasteurella,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Escherichia coli,Pneumococci,Clostridium perfringens and other bacteria.2.In this study,a random collection of disease materials is carried out on large-scale farms, and obtained 140 samples. The samples are disposed to pathological anatomy, virus detection, and bacterial detection. The results show that the infection rate of canine distemper virus is about 27.14%,the infection rate of parvovirus is 20.71%,the infection rate of Aleutian virus is 0%,the infection rate of E.coli is 21.42%,and the infection rate of Klebsiella is 15%,the infection rate of Salmonella is 10.71%,the infection rate of B.bronchiseptica is 2.14%,and the infection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is 11.42%.Individual infections, double infections, and triple infections of canine distemper virus, parvovirus,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella,Salmonella,B.bronchiseptica, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are 30%,30.71%and 5.71%.3.E.coli O888 is the mostly prevalent serotype, accounted for 33.3%.G type P.aeruginosa was the main epidemic strains, accounted for 35.7%.The results of drug sensitive test show that the bacteria have higher resistance rates to penicillins,ampicillin,first-and second-generation cephalosporins, sulfamethoxazole and nitrofurantoin. The more sensitive drugs are ceftazidime,Cefepime, other third-and fourth-generation cephalosporins,tobramycin,levofloxacin,piperacillin/tazobactam and other drugs containing?-lactamase inhibitors.4.The genes of the isolated CDV and MEV strains are cloned and sequenced. The results show that the nucleotide homology of the two isolated CDVs is 99.8%,and the nucleotide homology of the six reference strains is from 98.1%to 99.1%.The nucleotide homology of the three isolated MEVs is from 99.7%to 100%,and the nucleotide homology of the twenty-eight reference strains is from 97.3%to 99.1%.5.In order to study the effects of probiotics on mink immune indexes,60 male minks aged 60 days were randomly divided into four groups with 3 replicates in each group,5 in each replicate. One group was fed with basic diet as blank control group. Two,three and four groups were fed with 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%probiotics respectively in the basic diet for60 days. The immune index were measured at the end of the experiment. Conclusion:Adding 1.0%probiotics to the basic feed can improve the immune function of mink. This study is known the main pathogens and characteristics of fur-bearing animals infection diseases in Weihai.Finding out the regularity of multiple infection and the pathogenic resistance of main bacterial diseases can provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and prevention of fur-bearing animals diseases in Weihai.
